Love this hotel love the people we want to keep going to here every time we go to Florida it was the best experience my husband and myself have ever experience in our 30 years of our marriage thank you all for your hospitality

Roaches in the room!

Not good! There were roaches in our room, staff woke us up at 7 am with housekeeping carts, and changing the garbage cans and recycle. Ins!

Smelly room, no service

The room we had to stay was very dirty and smelly. After the complaint only a new smell was added. The rooms is not serviced (making up room etc) except you pay for it. The resort has nothing to offer except pools. The beach is far away. The restaurant's food variety is limited. I definitely don't recommend this resort and won't come again.

Great place to stay

Once u pull up to he resort you know you won't want to leave. The staff at front desk were all excellent, I'm sure we bugged them to death but they were always great. The first room we stayed in had an odor and mold in the jets of the tub. Also had a 1 roach running around. We upgraded to a bigger room which was perfect. Didn't want to leave the room it was so nice. Pool area was great the kids loved it. Food at tiki bar was very good and priced very good. Wish the beach was a bit closer but shuttle and shuttle drivers were awesome. Overall was a great stay

Long-time owner

Everything was great the only problem was you have this nice beautiful Lounge inside with no bartender on a Saturday night that doesn't make sense it wasn't like that before

Poor Room Maintenance

This place has s great location and lots of amenities, especially for the kids. Our children loved the play area, beach, pool, and water park. However, the condition of the two bedroom we had was terrible and made the three night stay very frustrating. The staff's only response to the conditions was that they hear it all the time and we have to complain to management. Yet no one knew whom management was that should hear the complaint. Until they renovate, I could not recommend. Which is a shame because the amenities are there.

Incredible family destination

Had an amazing time from start to finish. Didn't even get to all the amenities. Stayed at this location for a fun resort day before visiting the Kennedy space center. Exceeded all my expectations. Didn't get a chance to go to the beach, but heard from others it was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Nice Vacation Property

very good amenities. Rooms were a little noisy. It was a short stay for us just coming off a cruise, but I would definitely consider this as a destination. First visit to a HI Club Vacations and was very impressed.

Weekend Getaway

Arrived at the resort at 11:00am, and was not assigned a room until well after 4:00pm. Having small children with us, it was very inconvenient. Was overcharged $250.00 by the hotel. When I asked the front desk why this happened, the response was, " Sometimes the night shift doesn't pay attention to what they are posting!! ". Was not recognized as a Gold Elite IHG member.

loads of family fun

The outdoor pool, the slide, the lazy river! The indoor kid zone wore out the boys, they spent hours in there! The game room had lots of fun for adults and children! We were super please that the grounds were so vast and there were so Many different things to do that it never felt crowded anywhere! We will for sure visit here again!!
