This is a time share

Please be prepared, if you stay here, you will not be able to get the keys to your room until you go over”vacation station” where they will make you all kind of offers. My first question was what do you want me to do to get these points or money and all I had to do was listen to a two hour timeshare spill. I said no, at least 3 times. I’m on vacation and will not be buying a time share. We had a room with a pull out couch. It probably would have been more comfortable to sleep in the shower. The staff at the front desk were not exactly rude but they are for sure not friendly. The building we were in, was the main building which is not oceanfront. Just know that if you stay in that building, you are almost a mile from the beach. They do have a shuttle that will take you almost to the beach, which was very nice and the shuttle staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms and resort are clean but it is very dated. It was very loud as well very door slam rattles the entire building. This was our first time staying with a HI vacation club and will be our last. I realize it was probably on me but I didn’t realize it was a time share.

Great pool and kids areas, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Overall a great stay, clean rooms, pool and oudoor slides were great for the kids. Restaurants were good, recommend the omelets for breakfast. Drink selection was varied enough to keep it interesting.

Beautiful resort with amazing views

I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation.

It’s a time share scam. The beach and beach access stink

I made a big mistake booking this hotel. The pool had insufficient shade. The food cost a fortune - $100 for me and two small kids for dinner. The whole deal is setup to sell you a timeshare

Great pool

Great place to stay. Love the pool and lazy River. Good rates. Friendly staff. Will come back for longer next time

Nice pool

Pool was super nice , Room smelt like mold was really bad and the mini frig was not keeping our food and drinks cold and also our door have to be pulled tight to close was definitely scary because when we left the room first time we came back to it cracked not closed completely, and realized we had to pull it closed

Excellent place with a few noteworthy exceptions

The location and resort is one of the best we have stayed at. The employees make it difficult to enjoy, however. From not being honest with you, and sometimes being outright disrespectful, to not just letting you get on with your vacation when you are not interested in hearing their sales pitch. The Wi-Fi is absolutely abysmal! I had better Wi-Fi experiences in hotels in 2003. Their system is antiquated and in bad need of updating.

Relaxing and enjoyable

The location is beautiful and has many amenities to keep kids and adults of all ages entertained. My only drawback would be that it is not right on the beach, you would have to walk about a mile to the beach. They do have a trolley that gets you a little closer, but if you have kids it would be an inconvenience to go back and forth. The pool, the lazy river and the slide were fantastic. They also had Bingo and other poolside activities that were fun and interactive. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. My only complaint with our room was that it did not have a window (it hand glass blocks), so it made the room very dark and we had to leave our door open just to get a little sunlight.

Clean room and excellent features but unwelcoming representative

The hotel has excellent features, water Park and easy access to beach. But receptionist need to be trained so that they can deal their work efficiently, professionalu and friendly manner

Joined my kids for a view days. Loved every minute. Really nice hotel for family fun.
