Just "OK"

We arrived on a rainy Friday around 2pm, we were early and our room wasn't ready... kids enjoyed playing in the indoor playground and the arcade. We were extremely disappointed that as Platinum Club members were we not recognized one bit. When I asked about the club lounge, I was told that it was for property owners only. (All other Holiday Inn's Club Lounge is usually for Platinum members). Once we rec'd our room, we were upset to see that we did not have any view of anything other then the interior corridors that face the court yard. Rooms were tiny and felt very closed in and had a musky smell. I did ask for an upgrade as it wasn't offered to me at check in (Another disappointment that was over looked for being a platinum member). Apparently they were full that night, however the larger room next to us, had no one in it all night. (We know as the dead bolt between rooms was left open for us to go in) Staff was all very friendly and the restaurant was amazing. We checked out early as the weather was not cooperating and went to another Holiday Inn for less points a night, that included free breakfast.

pleasant vacation

We have stayed at this resort many times, but previously under different management. We enjoy the pool area and convenience of the beach. The other resort amenities are nice to give everyone something to do without having to leave the area..

Furniture and HVAC

Living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Generally ended up on the beds or dining room chairs to watch TV. HVAC extremely loud. We used both heat and air conditioning during our stay and it woke us up everytime it came on.

Great resort without resort prices!

Comfortable room, great staff, and great pool. Wonderful resort without ridiculous resort prices! Outstanding food options and food presentation.

nice high quality villa

large room, over priced but impressive no less, enjoyed full kitchen with dual stainless steel sink, furnished, and the in room washer dryer was great tp save on laundry before our cruise.

Excellent location for our need

Based on overnight stay only. No problems encountered while we were there. Staff friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Property, food situation is strange

Gorgeous place, but only serves food until 10PM and no room service. First meal in the morning served at 11 am, no breakfast.

Good Vacation

this resort is a great beach front resort with good food and amenities. we had bad weather and did not stay long enough to enjoy the entire resort.
