Great staycation

Very nice facility with excellent pool for kids and adults. Great beach access. Suites are very nice with good amount of space. Could use a bit of TLC in breezeways and mini golf area. Dinner and lunch were very good in restaurant. Breakfast not so much. Sub par compared to other meals. Also, we would have preferred restaurant stay open longer. Went out for take out a few times because restaurant was closed. Would have preferred to stay onsite. Poolside service for food and drink would be great. Caribbean resorts offer this and it’s a nice service. All in all, we will go back. This was our second visit to the resort.

Don't come to this hotel and think you will check in before 4. and don't think about getting a late check out either. The place mainly accommodates the people who buy the time share. There is no ice in the room nor is there a ice machine on property.

Great hotel

Good amenities nad location

Kids love water slide and lazy river. Close yo the beach. The only issue we had is the sofabed in the Standard King room is bad. It has stain and very uncomfortable, it's almost flat. The house keeping staff works hard to clean it but still visible which make our kids very unhappy. Request to change the room but the front desk refused and saying it's fully booked which I don't believe is the truth.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE betwee staff on request

We waited for 3 hours for towels . I had to call twice and go down to the lobby to request. When they finally arrived 3 hours later they sent me a heavy trash bag filled to the top with towels. It was insulting to say the least.. Very horrible customer service . I can’t say I will stay at this location again. The quality of customer service was H O R R I B L E!!!!

Awesome Cape Canaveral Hideaway!!

This place is awesome. Whether you have kids or are just a couple looking to get away, they have it all! Beach access, private pool or main pool with plenty of space. We never felt cramped in any of the pools. Drinks and food much more affordable than anywhere else. This is a hidden gem and my family will definitely be back. Thank you IHG staff for your professionalism.

AC issue

The amenities at the hotel is why we chose this hotel. Loved all the family activities. However, we were truly there for World Series. Coming back to warm room everyday was not part of the plan. We made the staff aware on the Tuesday and several times after that. It got up to 80 at one point. They did come check it a few times but never really gave us any relief until Thursday, which that relief was only 75. We still made them aware that something was differently up with their unit. Their maintenance guy Dave came on Wednesday and said he would be back with 2 box fans. We never saw those either. Again we loved the area and the hotel but I would certainly not stay there for a week again and have to deal with a possible broken AC.

Excellent place to stay and have fun in the sun. Hotel has everything and more.

Excellent location. Beautiful room with all the needed amenities. Plenty of room for a large family. Beach was very nice! Staff was very nice and pleasant!
