All cashless or not at all

Location is great for sightseeing, beaching and relaxing. Some improvements could be made as far as making the rooms darker for sleep, not including an 18% gratuity to the bar for two drinks.

Bad dinner in restaurant and bad service

Nice room upgrade and we liked the lazy river. The slide was nice but it should stay open later.

Pool chemicals were not right

Stung you skin at the 2 nd building pool, ice was hard to get and room was not clean Bathing suit left in dryer not recovered after calling a few hours after checkout

Not worth it

While the lobby and pool were beautiful, the room was dated, clean but dated, the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Also be aware that if you book with a meal included in your stay the hotel will not honor that.

Great location provides the best view for the Space Coast

Loved the focus on rocket launches and information available for guests. Loads of family friendly activities. Beach and pool access was wonderful. Food and bar service was above average.

Worst hotel of our stay, even though it was the most expensive

As stated previously. Couldn't get food anywhere after 8pm. Free breakfast was far from free. Free WiFi wasn't free. Free parking wasn't free. Slides closed at 5pm according to signs , but we weren't able to check in until 4pm. Slides opened at 9am but we had to check out by 10am. Room was nice though.

Great quick getaway

We enjoyed a relaxing visit, especially the large pool that had plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was a nice treat, better than we expected with such a nice staff.

Comfortable beds. Wonderful water park. However not everything was working.

We have been visiting this resort for the last seven years however the last three years the hot tub wasn’t working the room was tidy but not cleaned and the kitchen was equipped very sparsely.

Good place for families!

The whole family enjoyed the stay. We had all ages with us and everyone was happy. I would have really liked for the playplace to reopen. My kids (little and bigger) were all very sad to see it is still closed. The staff is great. Room was clean and plenty of room. Only gripe about it was there was no butter/oil available to cook with and our toaster was broken. Also the fold out couch was broken and sheets that were supplied did not fit. Other than that we all had a great time!

Hard timeshare sale, deceptive sales practice, sly $30 charge if you cancel your attendance at sales meet

would be a lot better if they practiced attraction rather than promotion relative to their sales of the "timeshares". The sly hard sell can ruin any vacation.
