Good for families but needs a lot of work

We used to come here annually when the kids were small. Took a few years off and decided to give it a try this summer. Kids are older and they had great memories. The property is focusing on updating decor, it is obvious that the property needs a LOT of maintenance. The pool bathrooms are disgusting. No ventilation, smells like urine by mid afternoon. The restaurant was pretty much self serve they said short staffed due to covid and we needed to place our orders at the counter then sit to eat. Keep in mind that the same employee was doodling in a notepad, meanwhile all tables are dirty. Employee should have been working instead of doodling to ensure clean tables for guests! Food was OK, Green bean almondine extremely over seasoned too salty & greasy to eat. Room decor updated, but shower pan leaking and mold on baseboards. No furniture in the lobby "due to covid and coming updates to decor" yet maintenance of property goes undone. No air in the elevators. Chipping tile around pool. Had a cut on my foot, bleeding from impaled rock, no assistance given. Asked employee for help who told me to walk to the front lobby desk. My husband cleaned the trail of blood from around the pool deck. The wooden decking leading to the beach has screws and nails popping up and needs addressing before someone gets hurt.

Nice hotel, a bit overpriced for quality

Lazy River and pool area is amazing, as well as the gaming room. The hotel itself is clean but our room had stains on the sheet and it smelled like smoke inside. Our AC would not work on the first day, but the staff there is great and got it fixed.

Right on the Beach

The location is excellent with easy access to the beach. The grounds are kept immaculate. The pools are refreshing and fun.

Summer Vacay not expected

Pool is so warm. Beach access is not maintained or clean. Doors do not shut properly. My card and identity got hacked after staying here.

Clean room and facilities

Great overall property. Appreciate the staff and efforts put forth to help make a great stay. Do kind of wish it was closer to the beech and all in one building but I understand it was a preexisting facility.

Beautiful property with evenings by the pool.

We stayed here to be close to the ocean and Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed evenings in the pool, many times until 10pm. The rooms were clean and suited our family well. We also liked the extras like the mini-golf and movie theater.

Ok stay

No recognition of diamond status/benefits. Good amenities to keep the kids entertained.

Great Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay there and had a lot of fun. It was great getting to hang out at the pool and watch the cruise ships go out. The beach was a bit of a walk from the main building, but trams are available.
