Terrible vacation experience
Terrible all around! Our room was just DISGUSTING. Stunk like rotten mold, had mold in bathroom, my kids slept on a pull out bed that we were not provided sheets nor clean pillow cases to put on the pillows. When we called the front desk they said they would send. Needless to say they never did and 4 of us ended up in a king bed. When we called 1st thing the next morning around 7am, spoke with sherice, who was rude to me, stated she would send someone with sheets and pillow cases ASAP. No one ever came once again! Called back 3 hours later and asked for a supervisor. Sherice told us she was the supervisor. Asked for hers whom was Page, who apologized and that was it! She stated that the hotel did not have any emergency rooms to move us to, so we can have a clean room. She offered to have someone come and bleach the mold in the bathroom, which she never sent anyone. The outside bar was busy, so we went in to the inside bar to order drinks since no one was there and the bartender acted like we with bothering her. Had lunch outside and took over an hour to get a salad and 2 appetizers. All the manager could do was say sorry and offer bleach for the mold and smell in our room. And I assume she thought it was not a big deal that they never brought sheets for my kids until the next day after 3 phone calls. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND.

Rocket Man
My issue was with reservations. When booking I called the hotel because I was not sure if I was staying 2 or 3 nights. I asked if I canceled the 3rd night if there would be a charge. I was told no because IHG requirement was for a 2 night stay. Needless to say when I wanted to only stay 2 I was told no. Then became the pass the buck game. Holiday Inn says it is the hotel problem, the hotel says it's a IHG problem and IHG says it's a hotel issue. People should know the rules but more importantly they should keep their word.

Exceptional stay
The resort was in an excellent location to watch a rocket launch right from the resort. It had excellent customer service, amenities for adults and children to include putt-putt golf and other included activities. I will definitely stay here again.

Disappointed
I paid almost $2k for 3 days stay. The rooms were suppose to be connecting or beside each other, and they ended up down the hall from each other. The manager was NOT helpful. In fact she was sarcastic. The rooms were suppose to have soaking tubs and all they had were showers. We were so disappointed we left a night early.

First and last stay
Disappointed in the stay. I reserved one of the new signature villas. Upon arriving they were not friendly. They lost my reservation and claimed they couldn't search by confirmation number. Then they claimed that they couldn't access to the system to find the reservation. This continued on for a bit. I had a few questions snout my stay that they couldn't answer. When I finally got to the room, it was dirty. The chairs at the main pool were old and dirty. The live music was nice. I also liked the convenience to the beach. I wouldn't stay there again.

Great place!!
It was first time for us to stay in this resort...They have good size for room and so many activities for children...Beach was just in minutes away...Our a family had a great time for staying...I will be looking for to go back soon again!!

Horrible Experience
Reserved 2 nights. Night one was horrible and family was scared for their safety. Had to leave hotel next morning and went to a different Holiday Inn. When checking out, manager on duty apologized and told us we would not have to pay. We were then charged for both nights. Now manager denies this when asked by corporate office and hotel and corporate office refuse to refund us our money. I have made over 20 calls and opened up 2 cases with Holiday Inn, but they just blow me off. Customer service is not a priority. Never stay at this resort. This is 2nd review I have submitted, the first one had details which the hotel did not want anyone to view.

Horrible Customer Service
I could go on all day about the staff! The majority of the staff was rude. Literally felt like they'd do the opposite of what you wanted just to be mean. Chewed gum loudly while speaking with guests... super unprofessional! Had an issue with a front desk manager, also witnessed another guest in a full out argument with an employee. We heard differing information all week about laundry service protocol, cleaning fees if we were to change rooms, etc. Staff smoked right under our balcony! Pool is warm, lazy river is awesome. Plenty of space for everyone, even when it's busy. Close to fun restaurants on the canal to watch cruise ships go past!
