Great pool

Loved the amenities and the location. The hotel was very nice. We would definitely come back to stay for another vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Staff was pleasant and amenities were great. We will stay again in the future.

Bugs, water leaks, uncomfortable beds but an awesome pool

We found bed bugs, two days in a row (with photos as evidence) maintenence claimed one came in on luggage and did not do anything. That evening claimed it was a fire ant (definitely was not). Still did nothing. Washed all of our clothes to be safe -- washer leaked all into the hallway. The shower floods the entire bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable. Food is okay, definitely not for the price. Pool area is the only Pro I found.

Excellent Getaway

We are completely satisfied with our experience here and will definitely be returning for another stay here at least once a year in the foreseeable future.

Wonderful relaxing getaway

My husband and I have stayed at this resort several times and always seem to want to come back even with the other choices available. We are comfortable with surroundings and all there is to offer. It is close to the port and I enjoy taking a day trip out on the Victory Casino Cruise during our stay.

Good amenities at the pool

room was dirty, food was bad and overpriced, they con you with the meal package

All cashless or not at all

Location is great for sightseeing, beaching and relaxing. Some improvements could be made as far as making the rooms darker for sleep, not including an 18% gratuity to the bar for two drinks.

Bad dinner in restaurant and bad service

Nice room upgrade and we liked the lazy river. The slide was nice but it should stay open later.

Pool chemicals were not right

Stung you skin at the 2 nd building pool, ice was hard to get and room was not clean Bathing suit left in dryer not recovered after calling a few hours after checkout

Not worth it

While the lobby and pool were beautiful, the room was dated, clean but dated, the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Also be aware that if you book with a meal included in your stay the hotel will not honor that.
