Great, prompt service

Thank you for the stay! I actually booked last minute, on the way there really, from the IHG website. It was simple, and I received a confirmation call within 30 minutes. When I checked-in, the friendly receptionist let me know I was upgraded, which was nice. So the room was very clean and the aesthetic was up to date. My only issues were the well worn fixtures. For example the couch and lounge chairs were dark and worn in the seats and arm rests, which is a pet peeve (I'm sure were clean, but they don't look or feel like it. I covered them with a sheet, just as an example). The other "nay say", if you will, were the additional outlets and USB adapters. They were worn-out, some of the plugs didn't work. My suggestion to the hotel would be to replace those, and for these reasons only I would give a 4 of 5.

Great family vacation spot

Our family of four spent a week here and had a great time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it worked great for us. Everything was well maintained and clean. The beds were mediocre, those could do with an upgrade. The kids had a blast in the pool, lazy river and slide. My husband and I enjoyed them too. We also used the gym a few times and it was way better than most hotel gyms- lots of equipment to get in a full workout. Location was great, we spent time at Kennedy Space Center and in Cocoa Beach. We also did a day at Universal Studios so the parks are well within driving distance. Overall, great trip and we can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Family Vacation

This hotel has it all: wonderful rooms, a great waterpark and kid activities, beach access, and good food. Everything is kept clean, and staff are friendly.

Great stay - fantastic pool!

Great stay- the rooms were large and very nice. Pool and amenities were fantastic- kids loved the mini golf. The beach tram was a very nice touch. We didn’t get to do any of the activities but they had some nice offerings. Breakfast at the restaurant was a little expensive, but the food was very good.

Beautiful location and suite!!

Booked this room prior to a cruise. Honestly I wish I would have booked longer at the resort as I had a better time at the resort than on the cruise!

nice property for family large and small

we always stay here. the rooms are clean and everyone has plenty of space.

Great room size

Room was great; large and comfortable. Pool was under maintenance which we didn’t know about when booking. Dining service was poor but the food was good.

Nice resort.

Very nice resort to stay at before your cruise. Many amenities inside and out. Sadly the waterslide/lazy river were being refurbished during our stay but the short walk to the beach, arcade, free evening popcorn, and putt putt were a lot of fun and kept us entertained!

Custome service

Customer service at front desk was not friendly and did not care about if I was an IHG member or not. When I checked in they acted like I was bothering them and the fact I was checking in two rooms really was a bother. When I asked for late check out that was just out of the question. When I got to our room (doors were outside), our door was open. We never received the internet code. The room was not clean, and the heat somewhat worked.

Less than par experience

Overall not happy with this hotel. Took too long to respond to the answer the call on the heater. No explanation of how to operate the heater which would have been answered by a simple card. No explanation of checkout procedures. No courtesy of what is in the area (restaurants, groceries, local attractions, etc). Son had crutches and the floor was a hazard. Pool area...a 2 year old was allowed in a hotel spa how was that sanitary. The hotel spa was barely covering the jets. Son almost fell off several times the wood walk to the beach. The restaurant felt like a walkup under placed overpriced place. You ordered your food and then sat down waiting for it to be brought to you. Why wasn't there a server? As for getting recognize, I got a bag with two bottles of water and told thanks for your loyalty. I get its off season, but why such poor service? When I pointed anything out to the front desk, I got duly notes. There was no follow up. I got basically a keep it going vibe. It just sucked.
