Need more staff

Need more staff and have things in stock. Went to try to buy toothpaste and they said they don’t sell that... why not? Because it’s free... may I have some then, nope we are all out. So frustrating!

Нас заселили в неубранный номер. На полу мы обнаружили небольшие комки шерсти, в углах было пыльно. На это было указано менеджеру, на следующий день была произведена уборка. Во всём остальном - прекрасный отель.

Stay here. Be your own maid

This hotel does not provide maid service unless you pay an extra fee. At these rates that is unacceptable. Also, much like your neighborhood no-tell-motel, the hallways are on the outside of the building. Very disappointing stay, but at least the bed was nice.

Really fun environment, great ambiance

Really fun environment, great ambiance. Imperial treatment all the way. From the time we arrived up to the end, the level of hospitality and customer service never diminished and continues to be enriched even more. We received nothing but the best. This is one hotel that is definitely remarkable and accolade-worthy for it truly gives you more than your money's value.

The staff was willing to help and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.

Next to Cruises

We stayed at this resort the day before our cruise left. The resort puts you right next to the terminals for those taking a cruise I highly recommend staying here. There are many restaurants very close right on the waters if you want to leave the resort area. Rooms were nice big and clean.

Nice place but some issues

The villa has a good ocean view if you are on floor 2 and above. You have to ride a tram to the main hotel for all amenities. Inadequate parking and poor lighting at night to walk back from extended parking areas. If your not a club member expect a phone call on your last day of vacation before 9am trying to get you to buy into the club, even if you pay $50 for the late checkout. The facilities were clean but just having to walk from overflow parking in a strange place without adequate lighting by a construction zone and feeling unsafe is enough to take away from the experience for me and being woke up early by a salesperson.

Enjoyed our time

This resort was so much more then my husband and I had expected. We enjoyed the spacious room and cleanliness as well. Restaurant had excellent food and well as the staff was so wonderful to us . We definitely stay here again .

Clean but could use updates

We went there for two nights before heading to Orlando. We stopped after a long drive hoping for a relaxing meal at the restaurant. The restaurant was poorly managed, they were sending people away and then started seating again. We got our to go and watched the chaos! Very disappointing stay.
