Lovely, quiet property with nice amenities.

I really enjoyed a recent over night stay at the Kimpton Forum. The hotel was quiet and has a beautiful garden with walking paths to enjoy. Our King room with a balcony had a lovely view, was very clean and had a comfortable bed. We had dinner at “the Good Sport” and breakfast at “ Birch & Bloom” and enjoyed all of our meals. Customer service throughout the hotel was excellent and they made a point to acknowledge our Platinum elite status with IHG with a room upgrade and a few extra perks that made for an exceptional stay. I highly recommend and look forward to another stay in the future. Well done!

A comfortable hotel room with exceptional service. However, the room was rather warm (80 degrees) upon check-in. In the south Alabama heat and humidity, this was unacceptable. The desk assistant, Austin, was very helpful in assisting with my television that was simply off-line due to inclement weather.

Try another location

Find another hotel until the GM and owner decide to care about all the broken amenities- AC in gym, ice machine, treadmills, TV in our room. The staff doesn’t seem to care that anything is broken and didn’t try to fix it - other than Jamal who sincerely tried to help. They must be exhausted by all the complaints

Coleen was inconsiderate and rude to us

We drove 8hrs and very tired so since Holiday express pops out to be pet friendly hotel in hotel search, we walked in and got a room. We have a small pug and he's trained and my support animal as my left eye is legally blind and I am also diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Its oly 5minutes since we paid the room and read that pets aren't allowed in the hotel, So we went to asked the front office if I can take my dog with me or just get a refund since we just paid the room no more rha 5minutes. Then this Coleen woman just being cold and inconsiderate telling us NO! YOU CANT GET YOUR PAYMENT BACK. We asked nicely if we can get the refund since we only paid it in about 5minutes and she just said no. Im shocked how people in this country turned out to be inconsiderate and rude and they work in a hospitality industry. Is this how Americans treat their guests now? Theres another 2 ladies who were nice to us I forgot their names but I thinks its Mindy, tall nice lady and the girl with glasses. But the big woman named Coleen handled our situation poorly. And we also found lancets laying on the floor in our room, I took a picture but theres no upload option. So I guess the housekeeping is also poor. I

Top Tier Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites in Bridgeport and it was AMAZING. Our car broke down on the way to TN, and we needed a place to stay last minute. I was so stressed out with three kids and needed somewhere comfortable—and this hotel truly saved the day. The staff was incredible, especially Katelyn at the front desk. She made sure my kids had a safe, comfortable space and was so flexible with us. Her hospitality turned an awful experience into a much better one. I can’t recommend this hotel and their staff enough! On top of everything, the rooms were clean, bright, and so nice!

Not giving file copies of receipts is pathetic

This review is for IHG as a whole, and not this particular hotel. The fact that IHG can not provide file copies of receipts is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable, especially in today's day and age. IHG is SO far behind the other chains like Hilton and Marriot and judging from the customer service I've received, is completely mismanaged from the top down. I will be purchasing from hotels that actually try moving forward. You guys suck.

Perfect Spot for a Peaceful Tahoe Escape

This hotel is in a great location, not far from South Lake Tahoe, and definitely worth the price I paid. The building is very clean, and there's plenty of parking, which made things very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. The property has a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and more—which is great for relaxation. However, I wish the pool and hot tub were open later than 9 PM, especially after a long day exploring. Also, for the sauna, it would’ve been more convenient if towels were available at the facility itself instead of having to carry them from the room. Overall, it’s a well-maintained and enjoyable place to stay, and I’d recommend staying more than one night to make the most of all the amenities. I’d definitely recommend this property and would consider staying here again.

This Resort Good be so nice...

The resort as a whole has so much potential. It is so run down. The carpet in my room was filthly, the deck around the pool is dangerously in need of repair....my child hurt themselves tripping over a 4 inch raised slab of concreete. The TV in the room is not a smart TV so you cannot watch on any of the common platforms. There is not enough shade area at the pool...guests were leaving thier stuff for hours and occupying the only shade structure
