Loved the ambience of the hotel fun stuff to do

Loved staying here it’s off the beaten path but worth it. Kids activities pool and mineral hot springs

Excellent Experience

Beautiful hotel, very well managed and very nice staff, especially Hemina (that name may be incorrect, but she managed the breakfast area in the morning).

Unhappy quest

This resort is overpriced. If you are coming for the hot springs and swimming pool you may enjoy your stay. Our room and bathroom were tiny. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. The restaurant was fully booked so we had dinner in the saloon. The waitresses were wonderful. The food was not. We were in the area for business and chose this resort for location. We hope to choose better in the future.

Great customer service from Ravi at the front desk and the beautiful Hasima that’s makes a great breakfast! I seen a roach in my room and it was some type of bug on the bed

Poor service

Reception staff is untrained. Given the wrong room number at check in. No welcome amenity choice is offered. Paid everything at check in but at check out they asked me to pay again because they couldn't find the record. After 30 minutes they finally found it, but I had to pay cancellation fee of my taxi. Promised to give points as compensation but never received it.

beautiful surroundings, nice staff!

We very much enjoyed our stay at David Walley's Resort. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but we will definitely come back. The check in was fast, super friendly and easy, our room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the valley, and the grounds and pools were well maintained. We loved the little town of Genoa and can't wait to come stay again.

Very difficult to get invoiced emailed to me

All IHG properties is very difficult and several extra steps to get invoiced emailed. Makes my expense report take extra amount of time. Hilton is very easy that’s why I stay at theirs locations 95% of the time.

Relaxing

Was the most relaxing time ive had in a long while. From the views to the brews, in the hot springs nothing could beat it.

Charging fraud

I was overcharged $30 despite the promise of the Time-Share representative. All my attempts to contact the manage - Will Grier - were unsuccessful, he ignored all my messages I left for him.
