Don’t be fooled by the bathtub photos

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice. It is a little off strip, which I knew when booking, so it wasn’t a big deal. The only reason I took off a star is due to the bathtub. The bath tub was the thing I was most excited for, but it was very shallow and the hot water didn’t last long enough for me to even fill it.

Old, dirty, and moldy — worst Platinum Elite stay

If you value your time, comfort, and basic cleanliness, avoid this property. Check-in took forever, the front desk agent was unfriendly, and I was pressured to try to agree to a timeshare presentation. As a Platinum Elite member, this was especially insulting. The room was outdated and poorly maintained — entry door lock broken, could be pushed open (no follow-up), weak AC, outlet popping out of the wall, no bedside clocks, and a dishwasher full of mold and mildew. Communication was slow, no manager on duty until 10:30 AM, and guests are expected to take out their own trash at checkout. This is nowhere near the standard expected from a major brand.

Staff were all friendly. When we called the van to take us to the front, they were responsive. Clean rooms. Only thing was the pool next to us was down so we didn’t use it but pools in the other areas were open, just further down.

Good location but bad experienced

As I mentioned , card key did not work. Show faucet is not working properly when it turns to most hot.

Family vacation

So we decided to take the kids to Vegas we picked this hotel because it’s off the strip but close enough to walk.. we had 5 pools to pick from one being splash pad!!! There is no casino which I’m ok with.. just be mindful there is no elevator so if you have small children let check in know!! The only bad thing was the room temp would not go any lower then 70.. it was comfortable however I always keep my air on 65

My family and I stayed here primarily due to its proximity to the Sphere where we would be attending a concert. The fact that we could walk to and from the location was a plus. The reason for the rating was because our villas air conditioning wasn’t working properly. To the extent that the morning after we checked in maintenance dropped by to check on it, we did not call for maintenance but he was coming by to fix it as he had told the front desk to leave the room unoccupied for that reason. To be clear air was flowing in the front but was inconsistent in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I did like that I could communicate with the front desk and they brought some box fans by the villa for the bedrooms. Overall the stay was good and would recommend this place for other who would be attending events at the Sphere.

Great value. A quiet and comfortable escape.

Recommend for families or friends who want to vacation close enough to Vegas for dining and shows but have an escape from the chaos for rest.

Vacation

Location is wonderful , stay would have been better if room had been clean, old food debris on the floor between refrigerator & cabinet, I assume this isn’t on the housekeeping focus but should be. Mattresses were uncomfortable. This resort needs more accessible rooms , we were in the back on the 3rd floor & my husband is disabled.

Dirty and Rude

The hotel was very dirty and we did not get room service any single day, not even to get coffee bags. I had to go ask for them at the lobby. Also we were invited to participate in a preview of the Resorts and then we were too that we could not participate because my wife does not understand English very well, which was very rude. We lost a lot of time speaking to the hotel host about this only for them to tell us we could participate. I understand English perfectly and could have heard the speech for both of us, and in any case you can not restrict this event just because some one does not speak English. Finally, the hotel was not even a good price for what we got, for the same price we could have easily stayed at the Paris hotel which is on the Main Street and also includes breakfast.
