Beautiful Property, Service Could Improve

This is a beautiful property with great amenities. However, the price is not great, and service could be improved. There was no greeting for a rewards member. There is no water provided in the room. Vending machines were empty. Not enough coffee provided for stay. There is a big push to attend a time share sales presentation, which is unnecessary at best, and annoying at worst. The restaurant is ok, but service is slow.

Comfortable, good view

No complaints about our room or the hotel in general. The only thing I was not super thrilled with was the breakfast we pre-paid for. The restaurant seemed pretty small for the size of the resort and was loud and crowded in the mornings. My family of 5 had to sit at a table for 4 every time we went. Every waitress we had seemed stressed out - I'm sure there were short staffed - and one was downright rude. We would stay again but probably would not opt for breakfast there.

great value in the heart of Vegas

not too far but far enough away from the strip. wonderful service, clean and spacious room. not the most modern decor but nothing was broken and it all worked fabulously.

Great vacation room

Excellent location , great resort , excellent room and beds, I enjoyed the pools and the mini market in house , I definitely recommend this resort to my friends, I was referred to this location by my daughter, she enjoyed her stay too

Great location near the sphere

We chose this property because it was close to the sphere and for that the location can’t be beat. The room/suite was very clean. Didn’t like the shower not having any privacy. The 10am checkout is early (it’s Vegas?!?). The front desk staff wasn’t really friendly. No late check out was available. The staff for breakfast was very friendly but it took too long to get the bill after a few requests. They seemed shocked that we wanted to charge the breakfast to the room instead of pay with a credit card.

Great family option in the Las Vegas Area!

Great location! Close to the Las Vegas Strip area and other area attractions! Very easy to access. Spacious rooms and the kitchen was beautifully equipped. Visiting each pool was fun as each had a different vibe.

Everything was great!

This was my first time NOT staying at a casino. Surprisingly, I did not have FOMO, saved a bunch of money, and would definitely stay here again and again!

We loved our stay!

The staff and facilities were perfect for our needs. We loved that there was no casino element here. We didn’t know there was wifi available and we had to go outside for connection. We never asked about wifi either, our bad. We plan to return.

Very comfortable and affordable

Everything was great staff were very friendly. Rooms were very spacious service was excellent. Very close to the strip in Vegas.

Sphere view experience

The facility, room and all employees were prompt, courteous and well mannered. we felt safe and enjoyed our visit and will return to the property.
