So Much Potential

Hotel is in need of renovation and updates. Dark brown colors in guest room (depressing), but otherwise clean and well appointed. Pool nearest us needed some paint and attention. Pool loungers would have been inviting but had visible pool scum on them. If the budget is not there for a renovation at least keep things clean. Attention to details could go a long way.. Not horrible but could be great. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Nice hotel

The location is convenient, close to the main road Room with kitchen and washer and dryer is a plus.

Great room , awesome view , bad bath

Great room , the bathroom was a wreck , ants and drains didn’t work . Not worth the money . It should have been fixed initially , not send someone 2 days to do nothing .

Enjoyed our stay with a couple of hiccups

Loved that the location was close to the strip. We are not time share owners but could stay there on IHG points. We were asked more than once why we were staying there, which I thought was odd. I hoped they would just be happy we were staying there. There were a couple of other hiccups. Floors didn't look dirty but we're dirty. And there was a gas leak with the fireplace. The staff handled that problem quickly. Because mistakes happen and were handled quickly, we would stay there again.

Dirty, dark, dated, pill on floor

Found blue pill on floor . Guest bath - floor of shower filthy . No hook for towels . Depressing colors - dark, dingy, dated . Not quiet - constant noise from unit above (as if no insulation) .

Terrible first impression

I would’ve liked to give it 5 Star all the way. The property, location in room were great. However… I used my IHG points to book the room for tonight’s after a convention I attended in Las Vegas when you check in, the front desk sends you to your desk behind it to get your keys a man that was less than courteous and very Direct offered me $200, dinner, etc. to attend a meeting, this is for their club program, a.k.a. timeshare. He reminded me that my IHG points they accept, but they are not part of IHG. I told him no less than four times it was not interested, I would like to get my key and move on. I travel several months out of the year and although a great pro is not what I do on Vacation. He didn’t like what I had to say, I finally had to ask him if I was going to get my keys I felt a little embarrassed, and just coincidentally, among the several buildings in probably a few hundred units, a maintenance man came pounding on my door, just after getting to my room….”go figure “ I’m not opposed to an offer, but I was strong, armed and made to feel embarrassed. It was a terrible first impression. I certainly won’t go back and will avoid the club vacation properties.

No Housekeeping

This place is a front for a timeshare promotion rather than the traditional hotel experience. At $600 a night you're not getting what you expect to get. The rooms are very nice but no one comes to clean it and no one is forthcoming about it at either. You'll simply find out after you use up all the towels and come back to the mess you left the day before.

Perfect stay

Hard to fault this place. The check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location to the strip was a short 10 minute stroll away. The size of the room, for my family of 5, was perfect. The pools were heated, the gym was adequate if needed. The restaurant served a variety of foods which were well proportioned and decent quality. The market had plenty of options and was reasonably priced.

Good location, comfortable bed, clean room

This location is very good what has a good view of sphere, come with comfortable bed, sleeping good, has security in front of gate and security man take care in parking area, have EV car charger but one is no working the other one is slow charger. Hope adding more EV care chargers.
