Terrible hotel!! Dodge business!! DO NOT book

They overcharge you and do not refund!! Me and 2 of my colleagues stayed at the hotel all got problems! Even after you showed multiple evidence to proof that overcharged a lot (like more than $1000 USD), they just ignore you and kept silence! wrote countless emails and made multiple calls, no positive answer! I have never encountered with such thing in my 80 + stay at IHG hotels as a diamond member (membership number 272170194)!!

Great Stay!

A great place and one block away from the Vegas strip. Was surprised to see that rooms was an efficiency with a stocked kitchen and sleeper sofa. Would highly recommend this resort which has a market store and restaurant on premises.

Poor staff, not an IHG Hotel per their staff statement, was upcharged $200.00 without any explanation

I've never been refused an itemized bill or receipt from another hotel, regardless of brand. That's what happened on check in and again the following day. I asked both front clerks for an itemized bill showing how they upcharged me $200.00+/- and was told they were not allowed to hand out itemized bills or receipts and that only upper management could do so. Both times was told no management was available. I understood that our check in at midnight Thursday there might not be management, but Friday at 10:00 am? It's been 36 hours since check out and still no written receipt via email or text. I also asked about how they were able to upcharge me higher than the IHG website through which I made the reservation and was told, "we aren't either a Holiday Inn or an IHG hotel and can set our charges at anytime without notifying you or IHG." This was alsoput in generic writing on their amenities list found in the hotel room. The hotel's location and security was very good. The HVAC, while loud, functioned well. Everything else was not well or very good. From the entry door that left a half inch gap at the bottom, to the heavily corroded water fixtures either that were too corroded to put out water (or as was the case of the master bath, the diverter from the tub spout was so corroded that the shower worked at half volume and pressure), to the old aluminum windows and patio doors that let in air and noise, the room experience was far sub par from anything else we've experienced from an IHG hotel. We were in Building 17, the furthest from the entrance, Room 206. In no way do the website pics match the specific rooms. We will never stay there again, we travel to Vegas 3x year for tournaments alone. This stay has reflected extremely poorly on all IHG branded hotels for us.

Absolutely disaster! Dodge business!

This hotel is absolutely a mess! I never booked the room 3-305 for 01/09-01/11 and showed my evidence (booking record from IHG app), I also told them multiple times via email that I have checked out early morning on 01/09 (Check your survivable camera footage of that morning), but they insisted to charge me $1076 for a reservation that never exists!!! I have been dealing with this matter for more than 2 weeks, including the Chinese new year eve & New year day! More than 15 emails with written evidence and multiple calls, still no refund!! It’s not an honest business, you can’t charge a customer (and I am a loyal, diamond IHG member) just because your staff made mistake in your internal system & have the credit card details whatever amount you’d like to charge. It’s illegal!!! I will escalate this to IHG upper management to report this terrible experience!!!

Spacious quiet room

I had a good experience here with two bed rooms unit which was calm and clean. It’s a bit away from the strip so is quiet for those who want to relax from smoke and casinos. However, it’s walking distance to the strip so it’s not too bad to explore.

So Much Potential

Hotel is in need of renovation and updates. Dark brown colors in guest room (depressing), but otherwise clean and well appointed. Pool nearest us needed some paint and attention. Pool loungers would have been inviting but had visible pool scum on them. If the budget is not there for a renovation at least keep things clean. Attention to details could go a long way.. Not horrible but could be great. Staff were attentive and friendly.

The location is convenient, close to the main road Room with kitchen and washer and dryer is a plus.

Great room , awesome view , bad bath

Great room , the bathroom was a wreck , ants and drains didn’t work . Not worth the money . It should have been fixed initially , not send someone 2 days to do nothing .

Enjoyed our stay with a couple of hiccups

Loved that the location was close to the strip. We are not time share owners but could stay there on IHG points. We were asked more than once why we were staying there, which I thought was odd. I hoped they would just be happy we were staying there. There were a couple of other hiccups. Floors didn't look dirty but we're dirty. And there was a gas leak with the fireplace. The staff handled that problem quickly. Because mistakes happen and were handled quickly, we would stay there again.

Dirty, dark, dated, pill on floor

Found blue pill on floor . Guest bath - floor of shower filthy . No hook for towels . Depressing colors - dark, dingy, dated . Not quiet - constant noise from unit above (as if no insulation) .
