Not as good for returning customer

I loved this hotel the first time I stayed in 2020. When I came back in 2022 for a music festival, everything seemed different. Staff were pushy about a semniar and made me feel stupid for not wanting to go, was not able to get room on time, room was not as good or big as the last time I booked it, the breakfast was GROSS (who puts a piece of cheese on top of a burrito?), had to go to 3 separate desks JUST to check in…

Great location, size of room and comfortable

We’ve stood in this hotel for the second time since we love that it is homey. We don’t gamble, we don’t like hotels with casinos and smells like cigarettes so this is a perfect hotel for us. Though we had a little bit of an issue during our stay, it won’t prevent us from staying here since it’s a great place to stay. The rate is reasonable, proximity to the strip is great, and the size of the room is just perfect for us.

Staff

Great service at this facility. Reception gave me a room on the first floor because I mentioned knee pain. Evelyn is a very good bartender. Spent time chatting because she knew I was alone. Great staff

Beautiful Resort with excellent customer service

The Holiday Inn Vacations Resort is a beautiful property just off the strip. It has privacy that your won't get at the hotels on the strip which is perfect if you're looking to get away from the chaos every now and then. They don't have any gambling on site so they have control over who enters and stays on the property. The rooms are full apartments, so it's like being home in Las Vegas. The staff were so friendly, upbeat, and helpful. We got great recommendations and had a blast while we were there. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing Resort Located in Center Strip

This resort is amazing! The room was very spacious with over 1020 sq ft, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, full Kitchen, living room, dining room and private balcony. It also has 5 swimming pools and a very affordable restaurant onsite. There is also a kids activity center and a kids arcade room. Definitely recommend this resort to others that want the large space at an affordable price.

Great stay just off the strip!

Stayed here with our adult children. Unit was big and comfortable and an easy walk to the strip.

Elegant

I really enjoyed the location of the Resort and the access to the LV strip. I will definitely arrange to visit the resort on an annual basis. The rooms exceeded my expectations and was quite the home away from home for myself and my wife.

This location is close to the strip and convenient to get around. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Peaceful location, nice rooms and pools.

Great staff and overall experience

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean and well stocked for us. This was our 6th stay at this property and I have to say that this was the best the property has ever looked and had the friendliest staff we have ever encountered there. Even the food we had from the Gold Mine restaurant was VERY good! Far better than it has been in previous years. I'm a horticulturist and have been in the landscaping industry for about 35 years, and the grounds looked fantastic. Again, far better than it has in the past. What we gather is that management is doing a great job from top to bottom. That is a rare thing to see these days!
