BAD EXPERIENCE BROKE A TOE

BROKE MY TOE GETTING OUT OF BED ON THE CORNER OF THE CLOSET BECAUSE IT STICKS OUT FROM THE THE WINDOW INTO THE ROOM AND THERE WAS VERY LITTLE CLEARANCE BETWEEN IT AND THE BED _18 INCHES. SECURITY CAME AND WROTE UP A REPORT AND ALSO AGREED VERY POOR DESIGN. COULD NOT GET THE FACILITY TO HELP ME GET TO A WALMART TO BUY CRUTCHES SO HAD TO TAKE AN UBER BOTH WAYS ON A BROKEN TOE . I MISS THE CONVENTION SHOW ENTIRELY THAT I CAME TO LAS VEGAS TO ATTEND BECAUSE I COULD NO LONGER WALK. SPENT THAT WHOLE DAY IN BED WITH MY FOOT ELEVATED AND ICE PACKS. MY TOE STILL HURTS AND IS LIMITED MY ABILITY TO WALK. WANT HOLIDAY IN TO CONSIDER REIMBURSING ME FOR WASTED TRIP BY REFUNDING COST OF STAY, COVERING MY AIRFARE, UBER AND CRUTCHES COSTS AND CONVENTION FEE LOST..

Spacious and relaxing

Family friend. Covered parking. Spacious areas. Lots of pools to relax in. Good proximity to the strip.

Great for big families.

Booked early and got a great rate for 3 nights. Staff was friendly and check in smooth. Rooms were clean but couch was a little dusty. At night (around midnight) people were yelling outside. It would of been great if security or staff would control the noise especially if there are kids in room. It would be nice if the gym was open earlier. 8am is a little late to start morning workouts. Lastly, later check out - at least 11am.

Great stay

Great stay. Highly recommend to all IHG members. If Las Vegas is a bucket list item for you, this is where you should stay. The shuttle service is slow and the restaurant is average but other than that the property is fantastic.

Better than Strip hotel stays

Nice location and convenient property. give this place a look before just settling on a strip hotel. large rooms and no added costs for resort fee.

Nice place to stay with family

Nice and quite and spacious place. But only some of their employees wore masks in the lobby, that's not what the website said though. The place itself was ok, but the condition of it wasn't. Also, I had a terrible experience with one of their employees at check in.

Wonderful Resort Style living!

Wonderful features including an Activity Center with a wide variety of activities, ranging from souvenir painting to Bingo to Jeopardy to family game nights, as well as a personable and professional staff who really took the time to make sure their guests had a fun vacation. There is also a nice little arcade style Game room and many different pools, including ones best for toddlers.

Semi-comfortable stay but needs lots of improvements

This was our second time staying here. The last time we stayed, we were told that remodels were in progress, however, 3 years later, it didn’t seem like anything had changed. Our room needed a deep cleaning and updating. It needed painting, small repairs, and better lighting. While we enjoyed the ease of check in/out, shaded covered parking that was easily accessible from our room, washer, dryer and kitchen, it still left a lot to be desired for the amount we paid for a week long stay. We had a first level room that was handicap accessible, but the shower situation was very frustrating. While we did not have anyone with a disability in our family, it seems that the flat shower that allowed too much water to spill into the whole bathroom, would be a hazard for someone with physical disabilities. We had to put multiple towels down to control the water. The floor throughout the unit was also very dirty. My children would have black feet on the bottom from walking barefoot. Overall, we appreciated the ease of access to the strip, the safe, secure and quiet of our stay, but there is a lot that can be improved. Not sure that we would stay again.

This property has everything you need. Close to everything, incredible helpful staff! Great rooms!

Vegas trip

We had a wonderful stay, the room, food, area and service was amazing….. we highly recommend
