The amenities is the best part of the resort.
We like the options of having many pool choices in the resort and activities choices for the kids. Resort restaurant with a bar inside as well. The option of barbecue pits to choose from in this property. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable about the property.

All good
All good, hotel is fine, walking distance to sphere and high line, and also to rhe strip. Pools are great, kids had fun! Plenty space in the rooms! Service very helpful, Restaurants very good, with big portions!

A few days in Vegas
We had a great few days in this location. It was quiet, yet very close to all the action.

2 Bedroom Signature Collection Villa
Great grounds and amenities. We were not contacted by the concierge prior to our stay, nor did we have a VIP check in option like the description at booking said. But our stay was great! Minor things, like leaning lamps, and bad lighting in bathrooms, master bedroom needed AC looked at (which we did talk with manager about it at check out). Great location, and staff was helpful and friendly. We are already planning another trip back in Feb.

Ok for families on tight budget
Spacious apartment, comfortable, well applianced (incl. washer/dryer and dishwasher), well suited for families, esp. on a tight budget. Close to attractions (Sphere, Linq wheel and promenade), however not close enough during hot (>100F) summer days. Pools are small and busy, restaurant quality (food, ambience) is poor, although not short of clients. They don't service the room unless for a charge, which does not seem reasonable if you stay for a week. Quality of furnishings is modest (beds, dressers, sofas, etc), but in line with Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast not included, which was surprising. Need transportation to get anywhere during very hot Vegas days. Pools only ok for small kids. No other amenities or facilities to speak of (spa, shopping, etc). Small shop downstairs has essentials, closes 10pm (sometimes sooner it seems). Only some shuttle service on the property. Do not recommend for business travel.

Clean and comfortable
Really nice property and rooms with full kitchens and balconies. Clean and well kept. Kind staff. Really nice option if you don’t want to stay at a casino.

Large Room But Did Not Feel Valued
As a frequent business traveler without kids, this property did not have a resort feel. While the property is somewhat less than some others nearby, the amenities and value are less. I am a platinum IHG member and this was not recognized; I had a horrible time getting a noon checkout. The property charges additional fees for housekeeping and towels; nickel-and-dime. The onsite restaurant staff were friendly and the food was OK. The property is one of the closest to the Sphere.

Summer vacation
The overall stay was good with a minor few things that could be corrected. The floor tiles and carpet was not completely clean, the A/C didn’t work as required, based on the outside temperature and the main entrance needs a little TLC.

Bed was extremely comfortable
Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon.. we initially went for a quiet getaway, but ended up meeting new people and families. Lots of laughs along the way
