Worst experience, bad choice for vacation.

First of all I was charged for 2 nights, instead of one (my actual stay). My daughter's name wasn't added as main guest, which I requested by calling twice). Rooms are outdated, not very clean. We will never be back to Fox River Resort!

Comfortable bed . The table centerpiece does not look nice .

Nice mattress. Comforts could be different . The coloring in the lodge is not a more pleasant color. The coloring could be more of a bright color. Also the mirror in the rooms are not cleaned at times .

Spoiled our food

On 6/16 when we checked in our refrigerator was set to low ...we increased it and this morning our food was spoiled because it never got to cold temperatures. We lost about $100 worth of food. They switch our rooms as the refrigerator need to be serviced. No followup of the manager.

Enjoyed the time at the hotel with my family

My family and I enjoyed the room we had. There were so much space available for us. We are planning to visit again before the winter. The beds were so comfortable for myself, my children and my grandchildren. The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the tv's in the rooms,they were really small.

Perfect Family Getaway

So many activities “included” at the resort. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. Pool DJ was fun and entertaining. Felt like a tropical vacation. Very clean and updated accommodations.

Nice Place

Very nice hidden place. Hidden off the road with so many things to do. The staff was professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Fun time

If you have small kids this place is perfect. Water park and fun activities on site.

Great place great accommodations

Was a wonderful place to stay loved the hotel, the pool, and the waterpark. The room was amazing and very clean! The beds were so comfortable. The management was very good to us. My whole family were please with the stay

Loved it

This was a quick weekend getaway and we enjoyed every moment. It was 6 of us and the two bedroom suite was enough room and comfortable. We did the Easter scavenger hunt and it was very fun. We enjoyed the whole trip.

Nice get away

I love this resort I use to be a timeshare owner here, the people are great it's a real friendly family oriented environment, the presidential suits offer great value for the money. The one con I have is the fact there is no real family fine dining near by, if I had the money or could invest with a group, I would open a large restaurant in the area as well as a fast food diner that's open until at least 2am. Someone could make windfall profits in this highly traveled area. I hate that you have to drive miles away to find good food or if it's after 10pm forget about a convenience store or midnight snack. Overall aside from the dining experience I love the place, it's relaxing fun and promotes a nice positive inclusive guest experience for all no matter who you are or where you come from.
