Huge Rooms & Great Getaway

We arrived and didn't know what to expect, but the 2 bedroom suites were perfect for our larger family. The kids enjoyed the pool and nearby waterpark (off property) as well as some of the amenities near the vacation club.

Great stay

This hotel was beautiful everything was beautiful everyone was really nice they had great activities for kids great food clean rooms

Comfortable rooms with underwhelming resort amenities

The room was nice however our room smelled like weed. The farel cats were using the staircase as a litter box. The amenities of the resort are lacking. One day the pool was out of service. The arcade games were mostly the crane games. The only on site restaurant closes at 6pm. Breakfast took over an hour for our party of four.

Poor room condition, poor service handling

The worst. Not even close to a resort. Roadside Motels are cleaner.

Vacation

We had a nice 2 bedroom villa on are spring break kids enjoying it a lot. We e brought a little food so kids had their own snacks and goodies after the Waterpark. Kids are ready to return already️

Nice size bedding. But too many lady bugs. Room was kind of small asked for an upgrade I was willing to pay extra for. The front desk person tike they didn't have anything available because house keeping did get to all the rooms.

Nice property

We came for spring break. Check-in was easy. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. We were able to do things local. There’s an arcade room and a waterpark.

Very roomy and clean

Definitely will be back everything was just great we had a bbq in the back play some games with the family and when it was time to check out at 10 they let us extend it a look bit longer

Nice room

Not worth it. I commented on my issues in previous sections. Really disappointed when checking in. The resort knows why as I mentioned it already.
