Comfortable bed

Beds was very comfortable n neat indoor pool was nice outside pool was nice my kids love the basketball court n river water part was also fun only downside is have to drive 20 min just for the nearest gas station n store

On Monday, June 24, 2024, at the recommendation of the staff, I sent an email to the manager which included the following text: " I am writing to you to bring your attention to my disappointment in the room we stayed in on June 22, 2024. I am attaching photos of things I found to be appalling when I travel, Holiday Inn is my preferred choice of hotels. I am an elite member of the IHG Rewards. The room we were given was not properly cleaned. Both tubs were dirty. We had additional guests in the form of earwigs. The floors were not swept. There were dead roaches in the bathroom and the tub area of the master bedroom. There were dead roa he's in the kitchen area along with a pile of dead bugs of some sort. I paid over $250.00 for this room and it was quite disappointing. I wanted to bring all of this to your attention." I never received any type of response from said manager. Not even so much as an acknowledgment. I found this to be quite unprofessional. I, would not stay at this resort ever again. "

no breakfast for this $200 stay

room is clean, building inside was old, surronding has good view many facility can't use, for $2xx per night stay and no breakfast, internet was poor, water park need spend extra money, only include outdoor pool and indoor pool, overall not very happy with this stay

Vacation Refresh

Good venue for a relaxing weekend and refresh. Great location to shopping and other activities. The indoor Waterpark was a hit and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend this venue for a mini vacation but book it in advance for best rates.

Nice getaway

This was a nice getaway. The only things that were not excellent was the fact I had to find food elsewhere as their dining has closed, and the water park was not included.

Comfortable and clean stay

Every was great from the staff to the facility. I came up with my family and had several rooms all of the rooms were clean.Check in was a breeze.I would totally recommend to my family and Stayed 2 nights.

Great staff

While the property and staff was very kind - paddle boats were not available, no outside pool, leaky shower, leaky fridge ruined all of our food

We enjoyed the wild life. Feeding Racoons though in the City of Chicago we are afraid of them

This is the best place to visit with your wife and kids. Highly recommended from the Robinsons

Clean room and helpful, friendly staff

Our stay at Fox River was relaxing with clean, well-maintained rooms. Staff were friendly and worked hard to make our stay a pleasant one.

Great get away with family.

Love all the activities available on site. The oar 3 golf course was in perfect shape. Mini golf, pickle ball, tennis was fun for family. Pool and hot tub was perfect temperature for relaxation. Wish the food cafeteria is still open, but full kitchen including over was a big hit while making dinner.
