Terrible experience that ruined my kids’ spring break

There was no information on the hotel’s website that you needed a personal vehicle to be able to move around the resort. We were informed at check-in that we would be given transportation assistance if we called reception. But when we called to get a ride to the water park, we were told it was against company policy to do so with no offer for any kind of assistance to make our trip worthwhile. We had no choice but to check out the next day, which was 4days ahead of schedule after taking time off from work to give our kids a good spring break. A complete waste of time and waste of a round trip car service to get there and return for $350.

Good for traveling with kids.

I love the size of the rooms and the amenities. Nice relaxed environment. WiFi was pretty poor so I ended up tethering with my phone more than using it, and I wish the water park were open 1-2 more days if the week. Overall it was a fun relaxing trip.

Decent getaway

The only problem was the water park was packed and they don’t give preference to people staying on property.

Nothing good came from this trip. It was awful.

This location was horrible and I will never come here again.

Just a lovely family trip!

Everything was top notch at this resort! Tyler was awesome and kind at check in! We loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite for 4 adults, 2 babies, what fun! Every employee, the build a buddy person, sorry can’t remember your name, so kind and nice! The pool was nice, the Waterpark awesome! The only thing no hot water to shower at night time, it was sold out weekend .

Great space

The resort had everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The waterpark was a lot of fun and the pool was a great option as well. The arcade was fun but the points needed per game was high.

Room and view is beautiful!

The room was huge and beautiful! The view was gorgeous Plenty of room and bathrooms. Laundry was an amazing extra.

Horrible stay

We had a horrible stay at this hotel. The room was not ready for 2 hours when we arrived. We played in the dirty old pool while our room was being cleaned. Then our keys didn't work to our room so we waited around for 35 minutes for a new room: the new room was a conjoining room with only 1 king bed when I paid for 2 beds. We had to call front desk because the people above us kept us up all night. I would never stay here again.

Horrible management

Had issues all 3 nights we stayed, management and security didn't handle the issues properly. Very poor management and customer service

Peace full and plenty of things 2 d0

I was very impressed by the staff how they brought towels. I was promised to get my deposit back and still haven't. It was nice 2 do activities minni golf the park the activities the pool was amazing so I only did the water park one day but definitely a incredible experience for my family
