Absolutely beautiful Villa!

We stayed in a villa that faced the water. You could see the water from all rooms and this was very important to us. The balcony was fabulous. We opened the living room door that had a screen door also. We could hear the waves until we went to bed. An absolutely perfect stay! Nicole and Ray were fantastic and so friendly.

Excellent front desk help

We go to this resort twice a year and love is each time. Only hotel that’s on the beach and not across the street. The staff like Nicole try very hard to ensure you get your favorite room!

Excellent property…totally recommend it

Best in Galveston by far. We loved the facility and location. The room had a magnificent view of the gulf with plenty of balcony space to enjoy. The room was equipped with everything you need to feel at home while enjoying the environment.

Great room and stay

Beds could use an upgrade, very hard considering the stay comes off as luxurious. And for guests that don't want to use the kitchenette, I think an inclusive breakfast would be an appropriate thing to offer your guests. Room and view was beautiful, employees were courteous

Overall positive

The general two night stay was fine, but there was NO wi-fi and the pool is not heated. These things need to match the amenities description.

IHG GALVESTON

Enjoyed our stay in our balcony 2bd suite. Able to cook breakfast and pack a picnic for the beach. We enjoyed the pool and short walk over the bridge to the sandy beach. Hotel was quiet and very relaxing. Will visit again.

Very Nice Location

This Holiday Inn is in a good location. The parking is ample. The building seems older but it seems to be cosmetic. Carpet could use replacing and tile work in bath needs updating. Our stay was a pleasant one. We were there two nights and felt comfortable and save. Will return again next trip.

We loved our stay! This is our third stay at this location. The room was perfect and had so many extras. We stayed on the balcony most days and just enjoyed the views when not at the beach. The closeness to the ocean was the best.

Clean, comfortable and on the beach.

I enjoyed my stay at the Galveston resort. I was there to relax, enjoy the beach and to enjoy the sights and food of Galveston. The beaches were beautiful and clean and easy to access from the property.

Great location.

Great location right on the beach. Did not have to cross Seawall Blvd. Room was like a little fully equipped apartment with a great sea view. Staff was so friendly and I liked the fact they will loan you beach chairs and umbrellas at the desk.
