Clean rooms Great customer service Great Location The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Galveston

Great place to relax
The staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful I’m looking forward to staying here again. I’m staying three nights in November and planning on booking some more nights in the summer.

Kitchen amenities
We had a coffee maker in the room and coffee but no regular only decaf. I had to go down to the front desk to get filters. Most regular Holiday Inn hotels have a Keurig which would be nice for this hotel since only a few of us drank coffee.

Great lodging for singles, couples, families - right on the beach
Perfect beach access, great family-friendly amenities. Loved that you can just bring all the food and beverages that you want to enjoy in your room or on the property. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub equally as enjoyable. Great beach bar/restaurant a small walk away for cold drinks and seafood. Loved that I returned home with clean clothes and no sand. The rooms are large, comfortable -- big balconies -- everything you need to cook (or not) wash clothes (or not), and basically have a perfect trip.

We Loved it!
Steps from the beach, pool and hot tub was perfect. The size of the king one bedroom had so much space. All you need to bring is your family, luggage and all the food you plan to cook. Washer and dryer located in the room! It was great to wash all the closes before heading back home. One least thing to deal with after a long drive.

Nice location
Good location to the beach. They have a small food and beverage convenience "store". Room lacked attention, in need of a good cleaning and some repairs. Basic cleaning areas not good, water stains on bathroom mirror, glass door to patio smudged. Visible mold. East elevator dirty and next to trash dump and stinks. Front desk attendants do not recognize membership and not overly friendly or helpful. Recommended only for location.

Get away, but not too far away
My wife was insistent that we needed to stay in a place right on the beach, without needing to cross the road to get to it. This property has that, and was pleasantly away from the crowds, but was still close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Relaxing getaway
We had a wonderful time in Galveston. The view and proximity to the beach was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. There was little exterior noise. The only negative was the marketing push upon arrival.

Right on the beach!
We loved the beach access on the property! The pool area was nice as well, although the pool temperature was cold during our stay. Staff was nice and helpful, quickly took care of any issues that came up (we had a broken coffee pot during our stay, and they replaced it in minutes)!

We love staying at this location easy access to the beach great ocean view rooms pool and hot tub are very relaxing the staff there are always friendly especially Sandy we just love her. You will not be disappointed great place to stay
