If you are not an owner don't bother

We are diamond reward club members who were treated very poorly by this hotel because we are not time share owners. This information should be more clearly stated when you make a reservation. If you want to be bombarded with sales pitches to become owners, they can help you there.

Mold in the shower

Upon arrival, We were given a room that had mold in the shower. Unfortunately, they tried to clean it but didn’t come off completely

Sugar Tiger

I only stayed in this hotel while in Galveston. The room is clean and with everything in kitchen. Walk to beach, morning and night. I'm able to clean the sands before back to room. The room is quite, even is next to the pool.

Perfect getaway on the beach

Perfect location. No worries crossing the Seawall, you’re already there! Everything you need is provided in the condo including laundry facilities. Pool is clean and great temp in late April for us. Restaurant/Bar next door with umbrella & chair rentals.

Dirty room

The room was too expensive for the grit on the floor. The sheets to not smell fresh, and taking out my own trash, and no house keeping to clean room.

wonderful relax hotel

I love this hotel, a wood pass bring you directly to the beach, quite, clean. I took so many beautiful pictures in the early morning.

My Place to Stay When Cruising

I enjoy staying at this location because they allow you to keep your car there while on a cruise. The staff is very polite and helpful. I always enjoy my stay with them. My view was at an angle, and I would prefer a full view of the gulf, but I'll request that next time

Pre Thanksgiving Getaway

Great suite with easy access to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Highly recommend if planning a trip to the beach.

Too small room

I used it with my annual certification. They assigned a room with one bed for my family. It was too small for us. I choose it to relax but it so bad choice.

Oceanfront Stay

We loved our stay at this oceanfront resort, steps to the beach. We enjoyed hosting out of town family during our stay in a 2 bedroom suite that had ocean front rooms. We had a great time and left with amazing memories. Thank you
