The best IHG experience I’ve ever had.

This IHG facility was a home run from the moment I enter the property. The security guard at the gate greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. The check-in staff was amazing and extremely friendly & helpful. They welcomed me as an IHG member and treated me like royalty. The signature villa building 50 we stayed in was amazing along with the amenities and the staff as well. I can’t wait until next year when I make a return visit.

furniture stiff no arm rests on chairs, sofa high walls and sunk needs more cushions

Beautiful signature room. Had everything we needed away from home. furniture not so comfy to relax in stiff chairs no arm rests. sofa had high walls on all 3 sides not comfy sank when we sat on it. my wife took cushions of the armless chairs and put on couch to sort of get comfy. No fresh towels at all during are 4 days stay. I was told the towels were left outside the door and never received the 2nd set either so not sure about the first response from staff. Why wouldn't they put them inside the door????

HIGH PRESSURE SALES AT REGISTRATION

Checkin was delayed 20 minutes while a sales lady refused to give me my keys without badgering me to attend a sales presentation. I felt degraded, she mocked me. Roaches in apartment. Clean but not quality clean. Even the backsplash in the tub was in need of repair and all faucets dribbled water like they need caulked around the fittings. Also 3 of the arcade games were broken

Good view, rooms, and staff

Would stay here again! Great place for kids or as a couple. The view is amazing. There is lots to do even with being outside of Galveston.

I love the location of this property. It is on the outskirts of Galveston away from the center of the city.

Amazing ocean view and spacious rooms and fantastic kitchen amenities

Highly recommend this right by ocean 2 bedroom signature. Sunrise just in front your rooms and sunset in front your door and one of bedroom. Very spacious and wonderful pool overlooking ocean. Kitchen amenities are great and price are affordable. Very quite place. Parking are plenty and free. Staff are very courteous and helpful

This place has any activities that are family friendly that we thoroughly enjoyed. It also has beach access that is extremely close to the hotel. Mostly all the staff we encountered was friendly.

Good Price, Great Location.

Who doesn’t love Galveston. For this price you have more for the family
