Personally I had a horrible experience

This resort is actually very nice and relaxing. I personally had a horrible experience due to my card being charged the wrong amount for the incidental fee which tied up all my available funds! You can imagine the inconvenience this caused while on vacation!

Nice one night option for group of 5

We needed accommodation for party of 5 to attend a graduation party nearby Jamaica Beach, and the IHG Seaside Resort fit the bill. We got the 2-bedroom apartment style which is actually two adjoining rooms complete with separate small kitchenette and bathroom. It was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed it as alternate option over two hotel rooms. We did experience an issue coming back to the room late at night and the smoke detector alarm started beeping due to dated battery (?). The security man came by but even after removing the battery the beeping continued. Since this is connected to the monitoring service there wasn't anything else to do. We appreciated that Grant stopped by to help. The next day I reported to the front desk and got an explanation/apology and a credit for the room. All in all it was a good experience and I would stay here again due to the staff service.

This is the place!

By far our favorite place to stay at Galveston. I recommend a signature Villa on the beach! Everything is amazing in the rooms, including the view of the beach as you wake up.

Bad customer service

I found a dirty underwear on the bed I call the flont desk about this issue they just told me will make the report didn’t care about the nasty underwear on the bed that was on the signature villa

Great location but pricey

Stayed in the signature villas and had a great time. The suite was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Will certainly go again. It is a bit pricey. No sure if we would have enjoyed it as much if we had stayed on the other side.

Beautiful room

Rooms were great and so was the view! This was our second time staying at this resort and we love it every time. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Yall had roaches!!!

That issue needs to be took care of beforei rhink about staying again. I told several staff they sent someone while i was out.never called to follow up on the issue

great view and amazing rooms

the check in was a little annoying as they didnt have our room ready. but the staff made even that a good experience. room was large and clean. no complaints I can think of

Not sure

Checking in and checking out was my issue. check in is not until 4 pm and they make you check out at 10 am! The rooms are ok and my unit was decent. Luckily everything worked and we did not have any real issues other than the noise past 10 pm. And when you check in be aware they will hound you to take a 90 minute seminar.

Great relaxation

We were able to just relax as a family for a week. And there was nothing better for us at the time.
