WiFi

WiFi was only available at the the front desk, my family and I were here to attend a funeral however I was trying to keep up with my work email but was unable to do this from the condo. WiFi availability in the condo would have been a huge plus.

Could be better, not the IHG experience I’ve come to expect.

Check-in took way too long 20-30 minutes waiting while one hotel representative helped 3 families in front of us (we had dinner reservations we were late to as a result of this unforeseen delay), also why do we need to visit the 2nd representative at the vacation station for a parking pass?... this should be streamlined/simplified to one person... PLEASE have a more thorough cleanup/walkthrough done before guests arrive to remove 10 /- dead roaches throughout (in the middle of kitchen floors, in bath tub, living areas) this was unprecedented for me to find at a respectable hotel... it was totally unacceptable and unjustifiable, this discouraged us from using many kitchen bowls/utensils for worry of contamination from bug poison or just being dirty... only two small trash cans that we could find (please add some especially in bathroom area, kitchen, and bedroom). Jacuzzi tub had (p—bic) hairs clearly sticking out of intake screen (tub should be cleaned), add more towels and toilet paper.

Beautiful spacious unit!

The unit we stayed in was beautiful. Kitchen was amazing and all the appliances were new. Nice view of the ocean from balcony and bedroom. The bathroom was very big with seperate room for toilet. Loved the unit. The staff was very responsive to our requests for supplies.

Overall Wonderful Resort

Everything was excellent just could have used more towels.

Best stay ever

I had such an awesome stay that it is for sure worth the money. The bed was the best ever in a hotel stay for me.i felt like I was at home

Anniversary

Great place wish we could have stayed longer . Has everything you need. Didn’t realize it was a ways away fro Galveston but actually very nice to have quiet beach!

Horrible stay at this location. Bedding for 4 when we reserved the room for 5, infested with bugs (specifically bugs that are found in unclean establishments) and even though we advised nothing was done, thin walls could hear upstairs neighbors all night long me and my family had very poor sleep.

Not worth the price

Went here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway, was told at checkin I was getting a room, in a section, that wasn’t requested much. I’m 54 and found out that they weren’t requested because there are four flights of stairs to navigate to get to the room. I wouldn’t of minded if at least they would of asked me. The room was nice, not fancy and the view was ok (was told that the view was great). At the end of the day I wouldn’t go back here again
