Worth the drive out there
Great resort -- enjoyed the weekend -- could see returning for a longer vacation. The only drawback is that it's pretty far from anything else. But if you're looking to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked, and you can bring your food with you. The beach at this end of Galveston is really clean, and pleasant. The pool is beautiful, and long enough to swim laps if you're of a mind to do so.

Right on the beach away from the main beaches
It was a magnificent stay! Loved waking up and just walking right down to the beach and it never being crowded. The signature villas are beautiful and fully equipped. The pictures are exactly what the rooms look like, just make sure it says signature villa on your reservation or you will be staying across the street. The rooms are wonderfully insulated wo that you don't hear any noise, but have the option to set outside on the patio and listen to the waves washing ashore. The only thing I would change is having a front desk on the signature side as well and having the option for a late checkout even if you had to pay, because a 10am checkout is very early especially when check in time is 4pm.

Relaxing
The condo we had was very well laid out. The beach was right beside us. And there is many activities for children to do.

Great - loved everything
Beautiful room on the beach. Pool was great. Was able to check in early which was a huge help with 4 kids. Movie room, miniature golf, great for families.

Bad customer service
New hotel resort, beautiful , nice location, staff can not solve problems, always wait for Manager, Manager never shows up, lie over phone about refund money. Bad customer service. Checked out on 6/5/17.

Great room good service
Room was great and had a beautiful view. Enjoyed the pool and the fitness center was okay, lacking in efficient equipment. Management was responsive to our requests, but maintenance was understaffed. We were told several times that there was only one maintenance person on staff.
