I Love This Place‼️Highly recommend‼️

If you're looking to relax or unwind or even a family trip,single or solo.This is the place to be️Clean,fun atmosphere️️They have pools for the kiddos,gulf,a movie theatre,game room,gift shop,comfortable beds, patio,a beautiful view you can't beat that need I say more️You won't be disappointed book now️My two bedroom villa resort was so amazing I didn't want to leave️

Nice comfy room

The property is beautiful. We stayed in a quiet corner and loved it. Everything we needed was provided and our stay was very enjoyable. My only regret is not making to the hot tub!

Set your expectations before you come.

You have to drive to your building. Bring your own blackout curtains or your room will be very bright at night. There is no walkway to the pool spa if you're in the wrong building and you'll have to drive or cross country it. It is a nice place in the rooms are nice and fully furnished kitchens. Really my biggest complaint is just my room was so bright at night I couldn't wait to get home to sleep in the dark.

Accommodations and staff very helpfull

We where a party of 4 two senior adults and two middle aged we where all able to relax and have fun

Our stay was perfect. Wonderful room and the property has so many different activities for everyone. Clean room, and the staff we are so friendly. Not far from different attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

Horrible customer service

Had to be moved three times because of room maintenance issues. Was given a key to a room that was already occupied, left standing in a parking lot at 11pm for almost a hour waiting for another room, and was given a smaller room than what was booked. Front desk was very slow to respond to maintenance requests, or getting room keys in timely manners. It should take almost an hour to get guests into a empty room if they had already checked in.

Great setup, in need of maintenance/remodel

In town for a wedding and was in a rush at checkin. Was given a cheaper room than what I paid for and had no time to address the issue or see about it when we returned late. Woke up the following morning to get dressed to leave and we had no water. No way to shower, brush our teeth, flush the toilets etc. When I called the front desk all I got was an “I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. Drove home 6 hrs without being able to clean up. Would definitely not recommend unless there’s some serious all around improvements.

Great customer service at check in and hotel where we stayed was terrific.

This is the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. I am so happy I have chosen to stay.
