Great place

We loved it. It was close to a lot of activities and they give you a whole list of nearby places and things to do in the area.

Would go here again!

We were here for our son’s wedding so we didn’t have a whole lot of time to enjoy the property, but I would go back for a fun vacation just to enjoy the property.

Very mid

It was ok if you’re staying on the side with all the activity and paying weekday or member prices, otherwise nah I felt price was too high for what we got. It felt like staying at an apartment complex. And we paid 207$ for 1 night and because of the way the facility is designed, we were isolated from all events. We were a in the complex that is across a major road/highway from the main location with all the events and activities The room was meh. Pics showed a balcony that we didn’t have. And the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet were not great Also it was impossible to sleep in due to no curtains in rooms, early check out time (10 am), and lots of outside noise including dogs barking in rooms (I read no pets allowed?!) Would not stay again

Great Hotel- Bad Customer Service

Requested a coffee pot multiple times and days, never received one. I know that it is a small piece of the puzzle but if they are not able/willing to take care of this, how would they handle a major issue or problem.

Awesome place

I stayed for 2 nights with my family. We used the pool and it was absolutely amazing. Very clean. All of the amenities and public games on the grounds were a nice touch. William at the front desk was so responsive and very attentive and friendly during check in.

Family reunion stay

It was nice and clean, and im glad it had a kitchen. It made it a comfortable stay with having a baby with us.

Just an OK stay

The villa seemed outdated. It has a huge bathtub in one room, but no one takes baths anymore. The shower in the other room is very small. There is barely enough room to stand in there. It did not have a Keurig coffee pot, and after having to contact guest services due to a dirty, sandy coffee maker, they brought another one to us.

Great place to stay

Was wondering place to stay nice pool place for bbq the staff were very friendly the beds were very comfortable even the pull out bed was pleasant the bathroom was large perfect for handicapped people

Holiday Inn Hill country resort canyon lake texas

Excellent location for this trip accommodation were wonderful and staff was friendly. It is unfortunately that this resort will be closed by December 2025. The amenities were great and it is a fantastic place when traveling with children lots to do.

Hotel is in bad shape

First room felt like we were falling to one side bed was crooked from it. Bathroom smelled like mold. Second room floors weren't much better. Bathroom smelled like sewage at times. Shower door wouldn't stay shut because of uneven floors used a shampoo bottle to wedge it closed. Entry way was blocked with construction so hardly any place to walk in. Staff was friendly tho and helped. But very unhappy with the stay. For a little more you can get an updated hotel in better shape.
