Comfortable and great service

The facilities at the resort were brilliant. There were plenty of pools and other activities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the beds were some of the best I have slept on. The real stars are the staff. Polite, cheerful and super helpful. It was a great stay.

Enjoyed my stay would book again

This was my first stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Room was clean, was exactly as described. Appreciated the amenities of the villa, slept well. Only downside was the "community grill" outside my bedroom window. Would have preferred more towels in our room.

Wouldn’t recommend

I give 0 stars. The bathroom had no hot water. Almost didn’t get to stay due to not being able to check in because nobody working. I came late from a wedding but I assumed since my room was already paid for I could still sleep in my room. Guess you have to return on hotels time not mine.

You won't be disappointed

I enjoyed my stay. Checking in was a great experience, Lisa checked me in, and she was great spirited and kind, Shelia was wonderful, and Anita went out her way to find us a bell cart. Being able to hear nature and enjoy this property was really nice, it has numerous pools for the family, different activities daily starting at 8am to 8pm. My daughter and grandson did the bird house painting and bingo. They have movies for the family nightly, a really cool place.

Great place - Family enjoyed it!

Our family enjoyed our 3 night stay at the resort. We were only onsite 1 full day using the amenities provided, but will definitely look at other venues in the future as we were not aware there were so many other venues. Very comfortable stay and look forward to future stays.

The view

Overlooking our balcony was a ranch that holds weddings hill top back drop and just took my wife’s breath away. The restaurant close to the hotel were delicious and affordable we will definitely be back again

Great place for kids and adults

A wonderful resort packed with so many activities and pools for kids and a great porch to sip wine and watch the sunset. Helps that grocery store is minutes away!

A nice experience

The hotel was great, the activities were plentiful, and over all it was a very nice experience. I will say, in the pictures for the room I booked, there was a jacuzzi tub, and that was one of the main things I was looking forward to. I was looking forward to stripping down after a long drive and soaking in the jet tub. I even ask about it at the front office, and the girl next to Mrs Lisa said,”Girl you better make sure he gets a room with a jacuzzi!” I get to the room and there is no jacuzzi…. I was just a tad bit hurt
