Convenient location

Close to venue we attended. Resort was easy access to and from event.

Very comfortable bed and great a/c

I highly recommend this property. Everything I experienced here was top notch! I can't wait to come back again. I'm already trying to think of an excuse to come back. The stay was so relaxing and the view from the porch is beautiful.

Very clean unit

I Liked the cleanliness of the unit, the dining table and kitchen appliances could use some updating but I really liked that it was fully equipped.

Great weekend

It was a great weekend. Convenient location, price was excellent and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and looking forward to return. I am planning my next visit and can't wait to bring family and friends.

A great weekend Getaway

the registration was easy and fast, room very cool and clean, and comfortable bed. We were very comfortable the entire night.

Great Property

This is a great property! Several pools/hot tubs- although none are shaded, so plan accordingly! Plenty of room to spread out and gather, lots of daily activities and close enough to the lake to venture out for the day. Huge rooms with spacious patios with views!

Unresponsive staff

Responsiveness to issues and communication is non existant if you check in late. We arrived for late check in after midnight the night we arrived. We called the number on the sign on the door and the security guard who answers said she was on an erand would return in 15 minutes, so we were forced to stay outside in the dark in an area we did not know at all. When she did show up, without telling us, she issued temporary keys to our rooms. The next day we all go to the pool and have a nice time, then discover that we are locked out of our rooms. We call the front desk and the clerk tells us we were supposed to return to the reception desk that morning to pay the security deposit (that we knew nothing about) and get permanent keys. Once they realized we weren't told, they took more than 30 minutes to come to our room (that was down the road from the main property more than a mile away so there was not an easy way for us to walk to reception and our car keys were locked in the room) while we were stuck outside in the heat. We won't be back.

Nice place to relax

I enjoyed my short stay. Beautiful place to disconnect from everything. Please bathrooms should be cleaned, sink and shower were so dirty.

Room smelt like fish

The location is beautiful, amenities are great, my room smelt like fish. I ended up leaving early. I did like the access to all pools, and all the activities they had for the kids. I would recommend this.
