Overall it was a wonderful stay.We loved the location and the golf course. Not only was the room clean and nice the grounds were as well. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was great. I can’t wait to visit this location again in the future.

Clean room

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and accommodating. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. We have stayed here several times and always have enjoyed it! Close to the Landing for shopping and dining.

The beds were comfortable and there is a separate door that leads outside to the bedroom.

Overall stay was very good. It was in a nice location. Could have been better if breakfast was served. Also, the main building was very far away, therefore it required that you had to drive instead of walking.

Bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows and extra bedding which was much appreciated

Check in was quick and easy. Our suite was ready so we were able to check in an hour and a half early and we really appreciated that. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. My only complaint is with the size of the resort they should have 2 pools.

Perfect Get Away

This facility is clean convenient and offers an excellent variety of amenities the rooms are large and well laid out.

Great Location and Efficient Staff

Checking in was a pleasant experience that was quick, easy, and informative. The young man was knowledgeable and friendly. We had an awesome “villa” with a living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms. There was even a small kitchenette in one bedroom area that had a separate entrance so that you could book a smaller space if needed. “Key” was on wristband so easily can keep track at one of the several pools or recreation areas.

Lisa Lund the manager acknowledged our issues and immediately implemented corrective actions. She went above and beyond and should be commended.

Not Impressed.

For a place that pushes, and pushes hard, their timeshare product, there is no real appeal for us to attempt to purchase a timeshare. I do not see ourselves returning to this location on any type of regularity and it would be a waste of our money to do. The outdated aesthetic, items that need addressed, maintenance is behind on such a large property, no onsite transportation for getting to the amenities and the food onsite is lack luster.

Great for Kids, enjoyed location to downtown branson, awesome pools.
