Just ok
This site will give you a pressured sales pitch. Also they must allow animals because our sofa was covered in animal hair. We used the bedding for pull out sofa and covered it so we wouldn’t be covered in the hair. Not impressed. For allergies sake, we should have been in a room that no animals were allowed but were never asked if it were a problem. TV had only a low number of channels and was not a smart TV, no premium channels were available.
No, I do not recommend this property.

Room not cleaned and door stopped locking
Worst stay at an IHG hotel I have ever had. Calling this a resort is said. We stayed here three years ago and there must have been a serious change in management. Our room was not cleaned from the previous guest. You could tell they had eaten fried chicken from the food left on the counters. The coffee and end table had a gel-like substance all over them. We did not have a place to put our belongings, so my wife started cleaning with dish soap and the provided sponge. I contacted the front desk to inform them and ask for other cleaning products. She wanted to send housekeeping, but they had their chance to clean before we walked in the door. It took over an hour for someone to show up. All I got was from the front desk was "sorry about that". The next day, I requested more wash cloths. It took two and half hours for someone to show up. On the third morning, the main door locking mechanisms malfunctioned and the door could not be locked. We chose to use the night lock on that door, and use the other room door. We were visiting a terminally ill family member, and did not have time to wait for someone to show at some time during the day. I reported the issue to the front desk when we checked out, and mentioned the lack of cleanliness. The Front Desk Assistant Manager said I am so sorry your stay was not good. She hands me her card and says I'll take care of you on your next stay. I will not be back after paying nearly $300 per night for an unclean room, crappie service, and a security issue. All of that and no compensation was given.
traveling with kids
A lovely location in Branson. Nice to have small kitchen and more space than just a hotel room. We stayed at this location 2 years ago and purposefully chose to come back. My only issue was we did not book the same type of room and I did not know there were other options when I booked, either time. Apparently the first time we stayed we were in the Presidential tier and the stay was perfect for our family of 4 (with a young teen and a young adult one boy one girl.) This time we were not on the presidential tier and the stay was a bit weird. This time instead of one unit we were two units combined, with a connecting door that opens just like a bedroom door would. The weird ness is the main unit while having a pull out couch in the living room was so stuffed with furnishings it was barely possible to walk let alone access the lovely balcony. Accessing the balcony would have been tight without the use of the pull out bed. The only bathrooms were accessible through the bedrooms which wouldn't have been bad but the main suite bedroom came with a lovely jetted tub in the middle of the room surrounded by mirrors next to the sink. The design of the tub/shower was not well thought out, it was a deep tub that I'm sure some would not be able to manage, the curtain covered the faucet controls and as mentioned before the whole thing was surrounded by mirrors.....the toilet did have a separate closet. The layout required the bedroom to be totally private most of the time and made it hard to get ready all at the same time. Probably this would not have felt as awkward if the last time we stayed we had experienced any of the same issues. That unit had amazing bathrooms, with doors for privacy and even access to washer and dryers. I would stay here again but would be be extra careful to book presidential if we travel with the same family members.

Close to the convention center
The hotel was close to the convention center where we had a dance competition. When we arrived my daughter's trash had not been taken out. They said we could place in bins outside. However, we could it was not our trash. It wasn't till after we took care of this they offered to send someone up. I notified them as soon as I could about soiled sheets that were left on the bed in the hotel. I had not noticed as they covered them up with an extra top sheet. They could not doing anything as "it was after check out". This was nasty and I am mortified I slept u see this sheet for so many nights before noticing! Having stayed 5 nights the bed could had been more comfortable.

Not bad, but
We were some of the older units and had issues with the toilet that kept running all night and the refrigerator stopped working. Overall, the rooms were comfortable and the amenities were pretty good.

Outdated Dirty Rooms
Outdated Rooms. Dirty Couches. Spiders in the bathroom. I stayed here while on a quick business trip. This location is not ideal for business travel. After checking in, you have to drive a couple minutes to your room.

A Perfect Family Getaway – Our Third Time Back!
This was our third stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations and it continues to be our go-to for a family-friendly escape to Branson. We were once again impressed by how clean and spacious our room was, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool options are truly fantastic for kids, offering a variety of choices to keep them entertained all day. A huge highlight this trip was the indoor pool with a movie playing – it made for such a fun and surprising evening swim! Beyond the pools, the game room was another big hit with the children, providing hours of entertainment. For the adults, the golf course was in excellent condition and provided a great experience. We also appreciated the convenience of having various food options on site, so we never had to leave if we didn't want to. Overall, this resort consistently delivers a wonderful, family-friendly experience, and the staff is wonderful. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Choose Another Option
This resort is old and outdated. No rooms for people who have disabilities and our room was way in the back of the property . The tub/shower is in the bedroom and is high and difficult to get in and out of. It is expensive to stay here. The pool is in a wooded area and freezing cold.
