Dodge this place

Vehicle was keyed in the parking lot. Customer service would not pick up phone call for noise complaint.

Peaceful and Fun

We’ve been to this property 7 times over the years. Love the seclusion, nature trail on property, pools, activities and especially the accommodations.

Great accommodations

These villas are very comfortable. You have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. You have a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room. You can’t beat these kinds of accommodations. You can’t get this comfort and accommodations at a hotel and the cost is not that much more. Best bang for your buck!

Yes, I recommend this property.

Disappointing

Overcharged. Room was outdated and needed better cleaning. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was very small.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Was excited to try another Holiday Inn Vacations C

I was let down immediately upon arriving at this hotel. No flow of roads. Signs need to be more and improved, check in / registration not on the side of the building (was only guessing if I was in the right area). Staff was very bare minimum in the way they interact. Upon entering my villa I was completely let down, ground floor (my reservations specifically state I do not like ground floors), I immediately lost cell service entering the villa and my call dropped , wifi was not good (I was here for work), room was so ugh (horrible colors, small space, dirty couch), went to shower and the shower head didn't work (*it was 8 pm, I was already undressed and not about to put back on dirty clothes to call for maintenance (wait 30 min or more to see if they could fix the issue) and not get the rest I deserved* had to take a bath, which I did not prefer), started cooking my meal (compared to other Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs * they did not have full kitchen amenities (dishes), no sponge/rag to wash the dishes I would need to reuse immediately), and then I went to bed and hit my head on a protruding hard shelf that sticks out behind the pillows (why?). Also the walls are super thin. This was absolutely my worst hotel experience and I travel weekly. How do they even expect to sell time shares when they have nothing to offer.

No, I do not recommend this property.

It was okay...

Our group consisted of 3 teens and the 3 moms. I felt the space was adequate for the 6 of us.did However we did not like having the shower in the bedroom, there was no privacy. If I was to stay again I would request a building close to a pool and on the 1st floor. We were on the 2nd floor and the cooler was damaged from trying to lug it up the stairs, as there are no elevators. I also did not like staying so far from the main check in area. Building 54 was okay , but not convenient. I felt it had been cleaned well, but it had been a while, the towels were dusty. I also wanted to enjoy the patio, however it was covered in cobwebs and the table had a full ashtray. We also thought is was odd that children's art work was hanging over the paintings.
