Great place

It was a great place to visit , needs a little work in cleanliness of the floors in our condo but over all was very nice.

Great stay

Great stay here. The room was very spacious with two full bedrooms two full bathrooms a dining area kitchen it and living area with a sleeper sofa. We were very comfortable here. The indoor pool had two lifeguards and easy access to concessions.. The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and I slept very well here. I would recommend this facility to whoever is traveling to Branson Missouri

Comfortable beds and awesome pool

This is a nice location for family, two bedrooms is a great option for family vacation. The indoor pool was a great asset and very nice. The location was not too far at all from any of the attractions although it isn’t in the heart of Branson.

Enjoyed our stay

Didn’t find the facility to match the photos online, how ever it was a nice resort just older than the pictures make it appear. Be prepared for the hard sell on timeshare. We had to tell them at least 8 times we were not interested “in the tour”. I’ve stayed at other time share facilities that also did rentals and normally when I say “ I am absolutely not interested” they back off. You must check in with time share group to pick up parking pass so there isn’t a way to avoid. Just a bit frustrating as we were there for a short Romantic getaway and didn’t want to mess with the whole sales pitch. The heated indoor pool was absolutely the highlight of our stay. Most of the time when we visit a place with a heated pool it’s to cold to stay in very long. The pool temp was perfect and we will go back specifically for the nice pool. Everything was great other than the pressure on the time share.

The check in experience could be improved. Dont force customers to have to be pressured into sitting through a timeshare meeting. The way they have it setup, you have no choice but get a spill for sitting through a timeshare meeting. Feel free to keep the booth in the lobby, but dont make it part of the checkin process.

Plenty of room for the family!

Our family was in Branson for a quick get-a-way. The accommodations were perfect, comfortable beds, plenty of space in the family room and kitchen. Only wish we would have been able to stay a little longer to take advantage of all of the beautiful amenities offered at this location. If you could build something just like this in Panama City Beach, Fl. that would be perfect for our other yearly vacation.

Misled and Diaappointed

Our room was dirty, old, and had numerous problems from an overflowing toilet to a disgustingly scorched and cracking kitchen counter and sink. Our room was not at all like the pictures on the website — it was very dated, like a road-side motel. Im very brand loyal to IHG properties and almost always have excellent experiences, which is why I’m so disappointed by this one.

Kitchen faucet was leaking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Jacuzzi should be larger.

Can't Wait to Come Back

My entire family was pleased with this hotel/resort! It was more of a "lodge" feel even though we shared walls with other occupants. I felt completely safe even though our building was tucked away in the woods. The whole atmosphere was relaxing! There were more than enough towels provided. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is nothing I would want changed!
