nice stay

The location is grat and the rooms are clean and kept up nicley.

Wish I would’ve known that golf courses were so beautiful and my husband is an avid golfer he would love to come back and play here

2nd time staying.

Check in a breeze. One bedroom villa, excellent. Pool was very clean,Plenty of towels and good music. Grounds well kept. We unfortunately had a toddler above us running back and forth pretty heavily for a couple of hours each day which wasn't pleasant but luckily it must have worn them out and went to sleep soon after. Not anything negative on the resort. I still will choose this location anytime going back

Summer Vacation

This resort has lots of options and things to do. You are close to downtown Lake Geneva. My only exceptions is the elevator was out, the pool access is separate, you do not have access to all of the pools on the resort and the shower pressure was low, it took a minute to actually find the Holiday Inn building but overall a nice summer vacation

Nice room

A quick 2 night getaway for daughters 17th as I listed on reservation. As a Platinum member I did ask for an upgrade when we checked in. Was told I'd have to call IHG. I called while I was waiting the hours it took for room to be ready. They said I had to ask the front desk. When I told them I had done that and was told to call, they said I should have called before I even got there...lol! There was nothing they could do, even though the hotel wasn't booked. I also wasn't offered anything at check-in being a member. Water, snack, extra points....etc! No acknowledgement of us being there to celebrate an event which I put in reservation details. Overall the stay was fine...just wish for a little more transparency.

great location

the overall was good but the room sofa, chairs, rug are in need of a shampoo cleaning. even though a washer/dryer was provided, 2 hand towels are just not enough for a 4 day stay.

This is the way to stay!

Even if you are staying one night, for the price it is worth it! The amenities that are in the room that are available to you is a great deal for the price. The washer and dryer, the refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and the gas fireplace.

Deceptive listing

The Holiday Inn vacation club is associated with the Grand Geneva Resort, but not part of the ownership. It appears that this is a busted condo project that IHG is managing. The units are nice and fully furnished with refrigerator, stoves and all kitchen amenities such as glasses, plates, etc. There are no usual hotel services such as towel replacement food service, etc. There is nothing wrong with this if you fully understand prior to booking.
