Bad pool experience. Good service otherwise
Good stay. We went for the pool and was not told it would be out of order when we got there. They finally got it running but the water was too cold to swim in yet we had to pay full price for it. Other than the pool issue the stay was good.

Awesome and exceptional
Most amazing room and really good price. We have a everything we need we love it. We definitely go back. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a plus and we love it. Everything was amazing. Live the shutter busses.

Very clean and excellent customer service
The room was very clean and staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, there was not a whole lot to do at the resort itself during our stay due to the waterpark being closed for renovations (I somehow missed this notice when booking, but of course that is not the fault of the hotel). We probably would have stayed somewhere else had we known not all of the amenities would be available, but we still enjoyed our stay regardless. Would still recommend to others, just be sure everything is open before you book :)

It would have been a much better experience if Holliday Club would serve breakfast for the whole family...! The fact we got caught in the middle of a dispute with IHG and Holliday Inn was not a very pleasant experience..

Mediocre room
I paid for a 1 night stay due to an out of town wedding. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Vacation Club, building 6. I was surprised in how outdated the room was. It was clear they havenāt put much money into the Vacation Club Buildings for renovations. Our room looked like 2001 all over again. The pool is right next to dumpster and somewhat busy parking lot entrance. If I come back, Iāll book a room with the main resort instead.

Beautiful property!
The rooms, restaurants and lobby bar is absolutely beautiful. The lobby bar, crafts some off the most delicious cocktails I ever had. Gorgeous sitting area, and amazing fire table outside, perfect for fall weather.

Great Resort
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff go out their way to make you feel welcome and are helpful. The restore is well maintained with alot of activities. I enjoyed staying here and plan to return.

Excellent location. Family friendly and many activities to do on the property/resort. The outdoor pool is very close and enjoyable. The personal patio was relaxing, but if you need coffee, I would recommend you bring your own coffee maker.

Great service!
I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Club to many families and friends! The pool was wonderful and the condo itself was outstanding. Very close to all activities and restaurants around Lake Geneva. Love that you can take the Tolley up to the Grand for dinning and golf.
