Nice place to stay but dated food and resort services
In general it was nice and the kids had fun The food service menu was dated and food was stale and not worth ordering. The pool changing areas are small and dated and although the place was filled with kids the music was more geared to a elderly crowd. The Grand Geneva staff was great however the IHG person never materialized either through phone messages or I person at the front desk. The Computer business center was two screens in the front desk area which you had to stand up to use, and there were charges for the printing of any items. Concierge staff nice but not strong about local area or computer savy.

Nice experience
The Holiday Inn Vacation Club Villas at the Grand Geneva are clean, roomy and comfortable. We had four adults and two toddlers and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was plenty to do. Great place to visit.

Nice resort with great spa
Overall our stay was very good, their were some hiccups regarding our room but they were able to resolve issue. Make sure you book deluxe room as standard rooms are dumps. Spa is great!!!

Early check out policy
When booking this hotel, make sure and find out the cancellation policy and/or early check out policy. I was there for business and finished a day early, so checked out a day early and found out they had already charged my card and could not credit me for the last night. Also if you just make your reservation at the front desk then you will not earn points with Holiday Inn. Make sure and call the 1-800 number to book your stay.

Lacking services
I was disappointed in that there were no new towels each day and no bed service. It would have been nice to know this up front.

Great room for the price
Great room and accomadations for the price. The room was amazing with a great view of the course. Very clean and well kept.
