Happy guest

I'm believe I paid a discounted price. I enjoyed the on site amenities and location to the city. The only thing that I didn't like was to see the out side hot tub closed temporarily.

Best of both worlds

We loved staying on the Grand Geneva Resort property but in the Holiday Inn suites. We had access to everything we wanted. The only con is that we like watching movies before bed and there weren’t many channels and no streaming options. Not a deal breaker! Great stay!

Power Turned off For 8 hours

The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was well kept. The property was peaceful and the balcony was a nice addition. The ability to utilize Grand Geneva amenities is a huge bonus. We were notified less than 24 hours prior to our arrival that we would be without power for 8 hours on the 3rd of 5 nights. We specifically book the hotel in order to have the ability to cook our own food. This meant that we would have to find options for all of our food, have no hot water, and have no AC or power. I attempted to contact the property for further information and my phone call was never returned. We were told that there would be ice available to maintain our food but once on property had to run to the store for ice as we were told the only ice was in the freezer. We had to bring a cooler on the plane to help mitigate the food risk with the power outage. We had concerns about our safety (ie smoke detector/CO2 detector) and ability to maintain medical devices due to the power outage but once again the hotel manager did not return the call. I spent over 2 hours on the phone following the notification attempting to get answers, modified accommodations, or any form of assistance regarding the power outage. The communication was incredibly poor and essentially left us with no options other than to "deal with it".

Bed are comfortable and it was very clean

Love the room. The kitchen was a huge plus but it didn't have a frying pan.

A great place to stay!

We had an awesome 3 day stay during Garycon 2023. From shuttle rides we could text to request and receive within 5-10 minutes, to the staff handling the 6 inches of snow overnight like pros, we didn't have a single issue during our honeymoon stay/time at the convention. The room was clean and cozy, and even had a porch (for the day it didn't snow). 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful amenities and welcoming staff.

Ran into a couple problems in our IHG vacation club stay. The problems were dealt with promptly by staff. Nice getaway for a few days other than that! My family and I enjoyed the stay!

Would stay again

This hotel is right next to main resort and the trolley service is great. Park car when you arrive and don’t need it again. Restaurants are top notch!

Modern and newly decorated room

My family enjoyed our stay came up for the weekend for skiing very comfortable bed and amenities will definitely stay here again. Loved it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service

The property was nice but it’s in need of updates. The rooms could have been cleaner and are showing signs of wear. The grand offers a lot of amenities which makes the stay very nice. We stayed there over the holidays and the property and lodge was nicely decorated for Christmas.
