Amazing hotel

My friends and I stayed here for a ski trip at Okemo and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was! The room was huge. The kitchen had a lot of cookware. Even though we didn’t get the chance to do anything, the hotel had many activities planned every day. The service by the staff was truly amazing. The only thing was that if you’re sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room on the top floor as I found that it wasn’t well soundproofed between floors.

Wonderful winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Close enough to Okemo for skiing. This is a great family-oriented resort. Next time, we will bring our grandkids for tubing on the hill and swimming in the indoor pool. Also an indoor movie theatre and much more.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom, three bathroom suite, so plenty of room for my wife and I, and our three kids. We were able to rent a dvd player and dvds for the room, which was awesome, they have an incredible selection of movies. We rented the movie theatre for one morning with the kids. We spent time in the arcade and the activities room, the kids loved the pool, and we all loved the game room. They had a great selection of games we all played from chess to checkers, to puzzles and chairs for reading, to pool, foosball and ping pong. We also had a fantastic dinner at the Maple, their restaurant, and overall had a blast and extremely fun stay. We will be back for sure.

Good location for a resort

The location was very good for a resort but the amenities need a serious overhaul and upgrade because this is a cold season and people need to warm up. The internet service in that area was very epileptic

Cozy Family Stay

We planned our stay to spend time with family & to snow mobile. It was conveniently located to a snowmobile place, plus we were able to relax & enjoy the beautiful scenery. This resort is a great place for families because of the activity room, onsite movie theater with free popcorn, and its nice onsite restaurant, the Maple Kitchen, which has very good food and wonderful service. We also got a great night's sleep. The beds are very comfortable.

Superb Staff

The check-in staff saw my cane and immediately changed rooms to accommodate my limited mobility.

Unable to sleep

I was very uncomfortable during my stay this time. Sleeping was hard as the street lights outside were shining right into my window all night even after shutting all the curtains. The people around my room were very loud, always heard screaming and knocking on doors. I always heard people above me walking around (even at night). There was also a smell of pot around the building during the evenings.

Family Stay

this was one of the This resort was one of the best experiences my family had during our stay. It’s an ideal place for large groups and family gatherings. I particularly appreciated the fully equipped and functional kitchen, which provided ample supplies and towels. The resort maintains a high level of cleanliness and comfort throughout. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and efficient. Although the staff is limited, the few individuals present were highly knowledgeable and professional. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive, including the restaurant staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortably accommodate the recommended number of guests.

Decent location for skiers I guess...

Until they invest in better wifi infrastructure this hotel is one I'll never go to again. The location is nice, but the rooms were poorly cleaned (there was half a cookie on the floor and a brown stain on one of the towels. How do you fail to see half a cookie on the carpet?)

Hotel needs upgrading

Room had orders of animals really bad I called front desk told them that the room reached never cleaned hot dog or animal hair. All over bed was old. You would sleep in the middle not to the edge because I guess it might’ve been broken who knows floors in kitchen were all busted was not able to walk without choosing there. I dropped something and then when I picked it up, I wind up cutting myself Told this to the gentleman upon check out, and it didn’t seem to matter to him also spoke to him how no one ever came to deodorize the room Oh, I thought they did was the answer. At the same time. also, for the last night, the restaurant wasn’t even open. We had to get in our car and drive 15+ minutes to find something to go eat so overall the experience was not good. I would not recommend this place unless he did some serious upgrading and got better management. I even asked for extra towels and they said we normally don’t give extra tiles without charging, but you are more than welcome to go and wash them. It’s free and I said I did not come to do laundry. I came on vacation at that point some towels was delivered.
