Clean, new amenities, 2 bedroom suite very nice!

The Maple restaurant and the staff at the lobby, to Michelle in Activities who stayed late to make sure my kids had a great time! A nice mountain stay

It was a very nice vacation everyone shpuld try to go and enjoy this amazing resort it a must for all famiies to have and enjoy there is also a fire pit to relax and two pools it was a amazing time

Overpriced

Hotel needs to improve on its amenities. No restaurant is a strong negative. Lack of flexibility at Checkout is a negative. The fact that you had to takeout the garbage out yourself was totally ridiculous and unheard of.

Cold pool

Chose this hotel for the suite and the pool and unfortunately the pool was really cold and my kids did not enjoy it.

Nice weekend getaway

My wife stayed at this protest with some friends for a “girls weekend”. They had a great time and the resort was the perfect place to relax unwind. The spacious villas with big living areas are perfect for hanging out with wine and cheese, and are spotless and freshly updated. One of the great things about the HIVC properties is that we know they’ll always be of a consistent, high quality.

Wonderful stay, as always!

We have been staying at this property for over a decade now! We love our trip each and every time. As Vermont residents, it provides a wonderful location for a family staycation! There’s so much to do, the newly remodeled villas are beautiful, clean and so comfortable and my entire family of 7 always has so much fun! The restaurant is wonderful and very accommodating with our food restrictions. The indoor pool is clean and warm, with very clean locker rooms. We love the playground, theater, kids indoor activity area and arcade, as we can enjoy these amenities as a family. My partner and I also very much appreciate the more grown-up game room with pool tables and dart boards. It’s a great place to escape to for a little while without the kids. We love the fact that the kitchen is so well-equipped, as we eat most of our meals in our villa. We also appreciate the complimentary laundry, complete with supplies! What a treat to not have to go home with dirty laundry! Thanks again for such a lovely time! We will most certainly be back! ️

Mt. Ascutney stay

Although the hotel was clean, it was dated and there was a terrible odor in the room we could not locate. It smelled like rotten garbage in our room the entire stay and it was gross.

good hotel, great location, VERY expensive for the product

We had a great stay but the price of the hotel did not correlate to the product provided. It is a great place but only go during a lower cost season.
