Great accommodations, but walls/floors are thin

I love the multiple bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. My only big complaint would be how thin the walls/floors are. My friend in the room above me dropped the remote at 3am and it was loud enough to wake me up. The desk clerk we were greeted with upon check-in was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When we went to dinner the next night, however, all we asked was a simple question to the front desk clerk working that evening about whether dogs would be allowed at some point down the road, and we received a 5 minute long lecture about how dogs will never be allowed because Service dogs have a right to be there peacefully without getting attacked, and many dogs aren't friendly and cause problems with service dogs. A simple "no" would have sufficed rather than a lecture that everyone else's dogs aren't well-behaved. It was quite the strange conversation.

We appreciate the people who worked there. And the rooms which were clean and spacious. We will be back.

Rooms where terrific comfortable and clean

The whole property was a great experience with family fun around every corner. Mountain View’s were amazing and so was the staff. Food was terrific

Nice place

Pretty good stay this time. Had a couple of questionable stays here before but, this time was just fine. The only issues I had were: - Rooms could be a little more clean. I found M&M's and peanuts in the living room area on the floor. Same in the kitchen area. - Thermostat didn't seem to work. Used both digital and manual one, not much happened. Could be that it just needs servicing.

Great stay

We had a great family stay for a few days. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is fabulous. I would love to have had a breakfast option on site and would also liked to have been given a floor choice (3rd floor with no elevator). However, the value, cleanliness, friendliness and feeling of home was unbeatable. It’s a great place to stay.

Beautiful place!

Family overnight stay. Kids loved the arcade, game room, movie theater and activities room. Indoor pool was a blast. Room was large and spacious. Comfortable beds.

Perfect for Travel Nurse at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center

Though a 40 min drive to work this was a great place to come & unwind after finishing a shift. Was great with things to donon the property on off days. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and great to deal will. Very friendly, and went out of their to meet guestcneeds. Definitely wouldcstayvthere again if the opportunity to be in the area arose.

Weekend Getaway

Very noisy all weekend. Sounded like moving furniture all weekend. We intended on staying in and relaxing all weekend. So did whomever or whatever caused the noise. Also as mentioned no hot water...I was told when I checked out that they had been working on the hotwater and three other couples had complained about the same thing.
