Fantastic Property and Staff

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The resort’s location is unbeatable – right on the beach, with breathtaking ocean views. Our villa was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Perfect

Really great experience. The staff were very friendly. I was disappointed that I only had an option for points when I checked in and nothing else. The pool was awesome. Super nice to know that even if it was cold outside the pool is something that all guests will always be able to use, because they have it like bath water. My kids never wanted to get out. I will say that the chlorine was a bit high, it bleached a couple of my things. Access to the Beach was easy to find. I just very impressed with this location and this stay. The rooms were so great. They even had 3 complementary tide laundry detergent to use. Super nice having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Thanks to all the staff for the great experience. We will be back!!!

First stay, but not last

This hotel was wonderful and the view was exceptional. It was confusing on where to register (check-in) because the signage was limited and hidden in the parking garage, checking in was slow due to only one person working the first check-in desk. Yes, you go from one desk to another to check-in. Besides the pizza and the strawberry shortcake, the food was great (the front staff in the marketplace didn't seem happy to be working). The live music was a nice surprise. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful, clean, and had soft music playing surround sound. I'll definitely be back. Oh, and this hotel is new and contractors were completing a section across from my the marketplace but it wasn't an inconvenience.

Big and roomy

The hotel was nicer than we expected, the room was huge and plenty of space for four guests. Appliances were nice . The washer dryer combo was a little difficult to use, but overall everything was wonderful.

Beautiful BUT

Beautiful resort on the beach. Comfortable bed. Inconsistency with info given. ALL toilets should be replaced with AVERAGE HEIGHT toilets

Professional and friendly

When we checked in, the card reader was not working. The employee and manager quickly came up with a solution and we were impressed. It was quick and they all were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our extended weekend there so much we booked for Thanksgiving and for Christmas week.

Location & Room

Location and room were great. Nice full size kitchen and awesome balcony and views. Down side is if you use a 3rd party they charge you an extra resort fee after checking out. So be ready to dispute that charge. My receipt shows I paid at the booking site but I was still charged.

Found this place on a recent trip. Could not be happier with the staff, location and accomodations. Highly recommend!

As good as it gets!

We have stayed at the sister resort since it opened many years ago and have been very happy there. This is our first trip to the oceanfront resort and it was wonderful. Great room, the best hotel pool we've experienced and a very friendly and helpful staff. We can not wait to go back.
