Pretty but noisy and rude staff

This is a pretty property with nice views. Way too early noisy as you could hear everything from neighbors rooms. Helicopters constantly flying overhead which makes having a conversation or relaxing by the pool difficult. We found some staff to be rude including housekeeping staff who literally pushed my daughter in law off the elevator with her garbage cart. When we said something she kept on trying to push us out of the way. I’ve stayed in many places and have never experienced staff like this. In fact most other places staff won’t even enter the elevator with guests. Overall I don’t think I would return.

Super great facility

Really enjoyed our stay at The Holiday Inn Vacation Club Myrtle Beach SC. The staff is so friendly and the facilities were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with an amazing view. Room was exceptionally clean as was the whole resort. Look forward to staying again in the near future.

Comfortable bed and appliances felt like home

I loved everything about my signature suite. Especially the appliances and Aaron was Amazing and made sure we enjoyed our stay each day. We are now owners so it makes it so much better now. The ladies in the coffee shop was great too..

Great location, amenities, service and environment.

I traveled to this location for business. Check in was seamless and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place. I really enjoyed the atmosphere that was curated there and honestly did not want to leave. I plan on returning for a personal holiday at a later date.

Nice, newer hotel, convenient location

Appreciated the details of oversized bath towels, nice appliances, soap for washing machine. Under cabinet lighting was appreciated to dim light after a whole day in the sunshine. Hotel staff was polite and the pool bar attendants were prompt. Food and drinks were good.

Amazing spacious rooms and outdoor area

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. We loved the hotel layout, lobby area, pool and easy beach access.

Our room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Many activities and amenities. Pool was warm and relaxing. Overall great experience at this property and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful view and beach access

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and inviting. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool from our room. There is a bar at the pool area with great service. We wish our stay could have been longer. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
