Can't wait to return!

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The 2 room villa was perfect for our family of 6. The full kitchen came with all the pans/utensils to make our meals. The elevators were fast and clean. Ample parking for all size vehicles. We never heard anything from outside while in our room. The pools were clean and well supervised. We always felt safe while there.

Epic experience

This was the best place ever for me and my guest. We're planning to come back soon. One thing that stood out most was the safety aspect of this complex. Thanks again for the great staff as well.

First timers in Myrtle Beach

Our July 2025 stay at IHG Vacation Club Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach will by no means be our last. The resort is beautifully maintained, being a new property with amenities that are in really good condition. The check in process was quick and straight forward and any staff we met during our stay was friendly. The layout of the resort makes sense with access to the pool, hot tubs, patio area and the beach, inviting and convenient. I would have welcomed more options for a quick mixed coffee bar or snack bar within the building as we arrived on the evening that a Tropical Storm was set to hit. The next day was an almost washout, so more opportunity to hang out at the resort, indoors, would have been nice. That said, the signature room accommodations were perfect, the very spacious modern kitchen was open to the living area and small balcony. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as well, with the master bathroom opening into a large shower, his and her sinks and modern, stackable washer and dryer facilities, conveniently placed inside the bathroom area. Everything was impeccably clean and really up to mark. I am telling everyone about out lovely stay at this resort. We can't wait to be back!

Great stay coming back in sept

Resort is very nice staff is very nice the bar Tender x was a great bar Tender very friendly and good at his job. Only thing is as a owner with hicv i know that the bar Tender gets 18% gratuity on every check x was honest told us tips was included but my wife went to the bar without me and the 2nd shift girl bartender had her leave a tip and didnt tell her there was a tip already on the check I told the front desk but that needs to be handled be honest if we want to put extra tip we will but tell your guests about the tip

Great stay

Had a great stay here. The only thing I had trouble with was the shower pressure in the master bathroom was low. And our room wasn't put back together after they cleaned but we called and they got us right. This is our second stay here since they opened. I did notice they had a d.j. but last year it was good bc he stayed until 11. Now the music is so low you barely hear it and he left at 9.

Very misleading not ocean view or front view!

My stay was not as expected! I was placed in a first floor room (134) next to a loud music all day and night until 10 pm. Had absolutely no view of ocean . Could not use balcony due to people walking by and parting all hours. I entered room and immediately returned to front desk and requested another room. They said absolutely none available! Said would get back to me next day of possibly moving. Never heard a word from manager James or lady that checked me in. This was the worse and most deceiving hotel I ever had. I paid over $2200 for 4 days and worst service from staff at front desk and especially be lied to about moving us to a better room. The manager was never in contact with me on following up or telling me anything about my situation. Room was greatly decorated and modern but I came to the ocean to view and be in front to sit on balcony to enjoy. My wife and myself were so disappointed and made this the worst vacation!

Good hotel but rude staff

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. But the front desk staff are very rude. One of our keys didn't work and we were locked out soaking wet with children . Front desk kept us waiting for 20 minutes to get the room key replaced. Not even an apology was offered or any concern shown. The lady was checking her phone all this time while we were waiting for the keys. They seriously need some training.

Great stay can’t wait to return!

Wonderful place to stay I would highly recommend. Awesome view beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. We did eat at the outside bar which had great food. Parking was great under the hotel easy of getting around the resort was great.

Nice but could be better for the cost.

The resort itself is beautiful and surprisingly quiet for having an international airport behind it. The reason for 3 stars is there is no one at the pool to warn about storms or to notify when what looked to be throw up was floating in the pool. One of their maintenance men was so extremely rude to a 13 year old kid who was checking to see if the pier was open at the parent’s request. He was screaming and yelling at him for trying to go outside after a storm had finished. A storm that no one warned any of us about and I was the one to yell for everyone to exit the pool immediately and go inside. Immediately after getting people out of the water and while collecting our things, chairs and tables started flying across the pool deck. Bottles from the bar started smashing on the ground and breaking. Where the pool sits we could not see the storm coming or hear it from the ocean / airplanes. I felt so bad for the poor bartender left by himself that I offered to help him so he could enter the building quicker but he politely declined even though he thought he had glass in his eyes. He was so worried about doing things correctly that he put his safety in jeopardy to finish closing down the bar and getting things inside where they belonged. I spoke to someone about the maintenance man’s behavior because another employee heard it all and apologized saying how ridiculous it was and how embarrassed she was to call him a coworker for his behavior and they simply said “oh he’s maintenance so we will notify his manager”. I wish they would let you exchange out your towels after so many days instead of making us wash them the entire time. The price per night is expensive compared to other hotels since they’re labeled a vacation club. They do not swap towels or clean at all during your stay where other vacation clubs I have been to do at least once during a week long stay.

Wonderful Beach Vacation !!!

Super clean rooms. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us. The dryer takes a long time to dry, so I asked for extra towels and they were brought up in minutes! Complimentary chairs and umbrellas were supplied, so that saved us from hauling ours from home. The bar was a little pricey, but the food and the drinks were good and it was convenient when swimming in the pool. The pool was immaculate and the entertainment was great ! We are already making arrangements to go back next year. You won't be disappointed !!! Was not harassed about a time share. Was asked to go to a seminar and when I said no, the lady (Marian) was very respectful and did not persist.
