Excellence

Everything was excellent @ during our stay. Our room was nice .. the bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, fridge, stove & microwave were clean. We loved the bar counter seating in the kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor bar & jacuzzi. Beach view from our room was great. We were only steps away from the beach .. excellent!

Comfy bed and great service!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful new resort a week for our 31st anniversary!We had an amazing time it was so beautiful it made us feel like we were out of the country! There was a snafu at the beginning concerning our room but that was quickly rectified by the excellent staff members.The only negative thing i can say about this resort is in the brewery the prices were ridiculous!I wanted a Snicker because it really satisfies u however i had to put it back because of the $5 price tag.

EXCELLENT Place to Visit - Family Friendly

This is a beautiful facility, along with being feet away from the beach, the resort in itself offers something for the entire family. Highly recommended.

Great rooms!

The rooms were amazing! So clean and very nice! They really need to improve on customer service and dining.

Hotel guests beware!

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Despite the hotel’s clean, new facilities and its great location, several aspects of my experience fell short. Firstly, I was disheartened not to receive an upgrade or be recognized for my stay. The check-in process was less than smooth, with issues including not being able to check in earlier and not being on the same floor as my friends. Additionally, the constant noise from the nearby helicopter tour path severely impacted my ability to enjoy the outdoor spaces and balcony. The front desk staff were not helpful; their responses to inquiries were inconsistent, and there were no directions on where the elevators were or what amenities were offered at the property when I checked in. It felt like a “you’re on your own” attitude, which added to my frustration. Furthermore, navigating from ground level to the lobby was confusing and would benefit from improved signage. While the hotel itself has many positive aspects, these issues significantly affected my overall experience. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future stays.

The bed was very comfortable

The jacuzzi was luke warmn, such a disappointment. The pool was warmer than the jacuzzi.

Will definitely go back!

Beautiful modern new hotel, great pool, plenty of chaise lounges, nice pool bar, lots of parking, easy beach access, friendly staff. Only negative was the constant helicopter noise above.

Good stay

Good stay and nice rooms. No real restaurant and no beach amenities. Must bring towels from room to pool which is inconvenient.

Staff was friendly. Resort was clean. Rooms were spacious and had an amazing view. Would recommend and stay on future trips.

Beautiful room and kitchen

Great room. Poor amenities. Freezer at hotel was broken so they could not make alot of the food or beverages that were on the menu.
