Amazing vacation
Our vacation couldn’t be better. Nice villa, amazing location (Ocean front). Stuff are friendly and welling to help all the time. Swimming clean and working till 10pm!!

Relaxing room and good for family travels
Me and my family were able to enjoy a really good view by the beach and we got to enjoy the pools, the rooms felt really relaxing and were really clean! the beds were comfortable and nice! i would most likely come again some time soon!

Incorrect room/ multiple staff unfriendly
Room I booked when checking in was not correct and had to wait over an hour to fix it- being pregnant and standing at the desk. Very frustrating for the amount of money spent and distance we came. Multiple staff unfriendly with zero customer service skills(male bartender especially)

Beautiful Hotel
The hotel is beautiful! The room was also amazing, large full kitchen, and large space throughout. We loved the large kitchen island! The bathroom was also large with large walk in shower! Nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

Comfortable, clean rooms
I felt high price compared to other IHG properties. The property is new and also villas not just hotel rooms. I love the cleanliness and location. Should have an additional pool as the space was very crowded due to all of the children. Also love the products offered.

Good but…
The hotel itself is very lovely but upon our arrival our suite was not cleaned properly. There was sand everywhere, both bathrooms were dirty, body wash dispenser empty. Hair left on shower wall. The hotel also needs better food choices, a nice restaurant onsite would be amazing!

Amazing villa
The four bedroom signature villa is amazing. It is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are spacious and we had plenty of room for the whole family. I did not like that the pool, market, bar, fire pit area , everything closes at 10 pm.

As a Diamond Elite and a South Beach owner for over 20 years I feel I have more than earned my right to give my opinion. **Registration is upstairs, NOT at designated parking spots. If your room was booked on the IHG site, don’t plan on getting an oceanfront room as most rooms are ocean VIEW. Also, don’t plan on any upgrades for your years of loyalty! The front desk said if you use any rewards points they don’t give upgrades, REALLY! I used points for my stay at the Kimpton in Atlanta a few months prior and they gave us daily breakfast AND upgraded our room. Rooms are nice and clean. You are steps from the beach and on the quieter end of town.
