Overall

I think a hotel this size should have a sit down restaurant and a spa.

Great location. Clean and new

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is amazing and the hotel is very nice and clean. Biggest issue we had was breakfast. The cafe options were not good and very limited. Only other issue was the fresh towel problem. To get fresh towels, you have to wash your own towels. This seems silly for a three night stay.

Bed and pillows were great! Slept very wel!

Beautiful Room with a view

I was so surprised how clean everything was at Oceanfront. We stayed at south beach and I was disappointed with no restaurants on site there. Was so happy that this site had bar and restaurant on site! My lunch salad was amazing and my family all loved what they ordered.

The resort is brand new and everything was immaculate.

The unit is well equipped and had everything we needed except ice maker did not make ice

Ok Stay

The staff was great, very friendly and the hotel is brand spanking new and clean, which was wonderful. My problem was with the view. The description online read “breathtaking views from every room.” My breathe was not taken away as my view was of the highway and adjacent restaurants. This was a big disappointment. Standing up close to the window I could see the ocean. That’s fine but make that clear in the description and when booking. There are really very few true oceanfront views at this property. There was a super strong fragrance in the lobby that bowled me over and my stomach was upset from eating at the ridiculous overpriced cafe. What resort doesn’t offer an actual restaurant? Otherwise I enjoyed the spacious room, staff and my stay.

Room clean everything else needs work

Our reason for this trip was rest and relaxation. So to have to get up and go downstairs to get food was an issue. To then be told we are out of that when wanting ro order something. The the fire alarm kept going off for extended periods of time while trying to relax by the pool.etc

Brand new luxury resort right on the beach!

Beautiful new decor and layout of room. The king bed was very comfy w plenty of pillows. I Love that the extra vanity sink was closed off from shower and toilet so it is easily accessible for other guests. Kitchen island was huge and great if u need to entertain with everything u need. Poolside was gorgeous w bar and live music. Also, pool is heated. There are 2 Jacuzzis overlooking infinity pool that drains into main bigger pool. This place is a lovely addition to the HIVC resorts!

Stayed for a volleyball tournament and it was just what we needed.
