Great service and excellent bed

Not as advertised

We were promised an ocean front room and ended up with barely an ocean view room. Front desk at check in said ocean fronts are reserved for time share owners. Needed to be told that at time of reservation. They said it would be ocean front. We were lied to.

Resort Feel

Second visit. Girlfriends and I enjoyed 3 bed two bath suite with amazing views of pool, ocean and pier. Lots of wonderful features in suite how. Great master bath. FYI, the ice maker in freezer is turned on in the refrigerator section. Also, the ceiling fan in bedrooms has a separate switch to turn off. Loved the toggle switch at the bedside table on the wall on top of the bedside table in master.

Great suites and beautiful hotel

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable with free parking, however the front desk staff were less than helpful and not very accommodating. The rooms were perfect for my two teenagers and me, the 2 full bathrooms were clutch!

Worst experience ever checking in

I moved my check in date up one day via the app. I get to the property at 3:00pm and there was no acknowledgment of my diamond status, the room was not ready, and the didn’t even have my reservation. I spent half an hour waiting for them to find my reservation. Then I get the “your room is not ready” when at 3:30 when check in starts in 30 minutes. I also got chastised like I was 7 for using the app to update my reservation and not calling in when any other time I would have been told to use the app. The property has one coffee shop / restaurant that doesn’t make food looks edible. Though they advertise 2 restaurants I never saw the second one open. Just an overall bad experience.

Pools and hot tubs 10/10!

The pools are hot even when it’s cold outside and the hot tubs are even hotter! The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The hotel overall was beautiful and they had great food you could order! Elevators were clean and fast! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we already have our next stay booked!

Cozy. Felt just like home

We enjoyed every second of our stay from checking in to til our day of check out. The staff did a fantastic in every aspect. Family friendly and clean. Perfect for any occasion.

Great place to stay around Christmas

The hotel is well kept. The rooms have everything you need including laundry detergent etc. The kitchens were well stocked with all the needed supplies. The heated pools and hot tub in the winter are great! The text function to contact staff is wonderful and deliveries of supplies to the room are quick

Unexpected pleasure

Off season adventure trip was perfect. BLUF: The staff is friendly and super professional. The room/villa was more than we needed for our trip but was well appreciated. Would be my first choice for a business trip for me as well. Site surveys and investigations leads to a lot of paperwork and time management. The basic kitchen is always welcome in my libe of work. As for vacation, if you have a family or just rather spend you money on activities and outings vs food and drink the kitchen is perfect. The location for this hotel is near the airport and within about 15 to 20 minutes of most attractions and restaurants. We went to the Night if a thousand candles at Brookgreen and that was the only thing that was more than 20 minutes away from the hotel. I especially liked the cruise ship style wristbands for hotel access; one less thing to have to shove in your pocket and makes it easier to negotiate doors and elevators. No parking fees is still a nice touch as so many places have started hitting customers over the head with that absurd fee. Fair warning, you may get a solicitation to attend a 90 minute club membership presentation. But there's little to no pressure to attend. Just be up front about your interest and the staff will abide to your wishes. I declined the presentation, but after our stay, I'm more inclined to see what they have to offer.
