Dirty and no ocean front

We normally stay North, but thought we would give this hotel a try. Big mistake. When we called to reserve, we were told it would be ocean front with three bedrooms and three baths. We were on the ground floor overlooking a cabana. The only ocean front was looking out the living room window with no balcony. Disappointing as my elderly parents cannot walk to the beach. We had a patio on the side. The unit was dirty when we came in. Food all over the patio, trash around the outside of the patio. We asked for a different room and could not be accommodated. 8 adults and two bathrooms would have never worked and had we not been provided incorrect information on registration, we would not have reserved. If I knew we were going to have to wash our own towels, we would not have reserved this hotel neither. Constant airplanes flying over did not allow a peaceful stay. I feel sad for my parents as they said they wanted to see the ocean one last time as their age and health limits travel. If you stood in the living room, you could see the ocean through the window. Ridiculous. Ask many questions when reserving this hotel.

Fix the things I mentioned not enough towels and kitchen supplies very poor . If I wanted to wash towels I would have stayed home.a family Restaurants inside serving breakfast lunches and dinner. No need for coffee shop.

Great experience

I would recommend this hotel, thumbs up. They thought of everything to make my stay an enjoyable one. It would have been even better if the restaurant had lot more to offer. We'll be back next year I've already made reservations.

Fantastic property. Beachfront, heated pool, hot tubs. Good restaurant and bar on property. Just down the street from the boardwalk area.

My family of 9 stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and our stay was absolutely amazing I will be returning soon

My family vacation at Myrtle Beach

We stayed for three days and two nights with a 2-1/2-year-old. He loved the pool very much, and we loved the outside hot tub. The location is right on the beach, and we have a choice depending on the weather. The room with a full kitchen is a plus. We feel right at home, and my son loves the sofa bed. We definitely will stay again.

Relaxation

My wife and I had such a relaxing time here. Marian and Jackie were super friendly and helpful in making our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting with you again.

Family Vacation

We love our family vacation here. The staff was so helpful and Charles from the bar area made sure our Grandson’s pizza was cut in squares!! He remembered!
